Just came here because the other places I wanted to go to either had a long wait or were out of what I wanted. What a happy accident. THIS PLACE IS DELICIOUS. The dolmas are excellent, the lamb shawarma is superb and if you didnt already love falafel, this will get you right with it. Amazing tahini sauce too. The grocery store with it is small, but will have all the little things youd want to make your own chow. The guy at the register was SO helpful and polite. Really nice guy and the food came out LIGHTNING fast. It seems a touch pricey at first, but then you get your meal and know EXACTLY where that money went (hint: its in the flavor). I WILL BE BACK.

Mediterranean Bakery offers outstanding Arab cuisine at a fraction of the price youll fork over at an expensive restaurant. In fact, Id say the food is as good, if not better than your more expensive Middle Eastern eateries. Situated in an Arab grocery store, this is not the place to take a first date or if youre the high maintenance type. However, having lived in the Middle East and knowing the food well, I can say that you will be in for authentic cuisine at very affordable prices. (You can get a huge serving of chicken shawarma with two sides, drink and bread for $7.50).

Went here with my interracial family. The Lebanese people that work there said something to my husband in Arabic . My husband not being an Arabic speaker didnt respond and and I walked to the fridge to look at their pies guy followed me as if I wanted to still the fridge. The people started speaking Arabic and laughing at us so we left. We wont be returning either. Their are much better middle eastern restaurants to experience in Atlanta. Its 2016 ditch the bigotry. Your practically an average racist American.

This place really deserves 6 stars. Ive been going for years and it has only gotten better. Years ago, you would have to wait a long time to get served because they were so busy at lunch. And you would wait happily because its that good. Now they have gotten the lunch crowd under control by streamlining the service. One little secret- they have red chili pepper hot sauce if you ask for it. I think everything is better with hot sauce!

I come here for the market primarily, but their food is quite good. I get vegetarian items, so I cant say anything about their schwarma, but their hummous is excellent and their falafel is some of the best I have had in Atlanta. Also, try the spinach & feta pie. I was expecting something like spanakopeta, but it is more like a pizza--and it is absolutely delicious.

Weve been here a couple times but the second time around was the most memorable. The girl helping us was very personable and even helped us redeem our free appetizer which we didnt know we could do! Her customer service really made the second time around worth it! Plus we love the food :)

Walk in 10 min before closing for a to-go order, with open sign on, and customers around. They turn me back from the line, after talking each other. They just lost a 10 year loyal and good customer...Hint...dont go after 8:45pm....
