Had a very poor experience last week during lunch. Food was Ok, waitress was nice but we placed our appetizers and salad order along with the lunch order, 20 minutes later, appetizers AND lunch come at the SAME TIME. Couldnt enjoy appetizers cause the lunch was getting cold. We noticed while we were waiting on the food that we had a good view of the kitchen. Wife saw staff fixing salad with bare hands and I saw other staff eating in the kitchen off of the counters. A/C vents on the ceiling covered in dust balls, Im an A/C repair guy so this is a pet peeve especially when dust balls were falling on our table. Went to use the restroom and while passing by the door to the kitchen across from the bathroom door you notice the music the staff is playing in the kitchen is louder than the dining room itself. How do they communicate in there amongst the blaring music. A customer should never be able to hear music playing in the kitchen of a restaurant. Come on Management, a little more professional here from the staff. A shop vacuum with an extension will get those dust bunnies off the A/C vents and returns. The wings smelled incredible in the dining room but the staff and the appearance of the place made the experience a bummer.

Food is ok, and the bar has a high creeper count, there is a very high turnover rate of the wait staff and that says a lot in the south. This establishment is completely inconsiderate to its neighbors. It has outdoor bands on its patio and festivals all the time. If you live near this place it is ridiculous. Management has an FU attitude towards the neighbors. I believe that if you are a business that wants to play music loud you should rent more space and have a stage inside. Imagine if you lived 1 mile away (Barnes Mill Road) from these tools and at 10 p.m. you still can’t go to sleep. Sometimes they make noise well passed midnight. And when you call and complain they say, o sorry we left a door open. Tools I say! If you hate someone disturbing you in your home please do not give these people money. I can’t imagine if I lived in the apartments or the houses directly behind these guys I would want to go set a skunk loose at the festival. FYI I just called to complain 8:20 p.m. the girls was sweet enough to tell me I was the third person to call in the last 5 minutes complaining. Yerks I tell you Yerks!

For the past 4 years of my college life since moving here, double down Tuesday wings have been a tradition for me and my roommates. Although the wait time can get very long, we enjoy the fun staff and beer selection. The wings are 2/3 of the time, very good. The 4 stars (which should be 3.5 stars), though, is due to an incident where I was very disappointed in this business when I came here for my first drink on my 21st birthday. I ordered a hurricane and was given a non-alcoholic beverage (suspiciously just tasted like juice) even though I had my ID on hand. It was disappointing that my waitress decided to "pull one over" on me. I know this drink was not alcoholic because when I ordered the same exact drink the following month, the drink was completely different. It came in a short glass with a tiny straw and I could actually taste the alcohol, whereas the previous drink came in a large and tall glass and had no trace of alcohol taste. Originally what I thought was just a well-masked taste turned out to be a virgin drink given to me by a waitress who deceived me.

Came in Sunday morning for an early lunch with my family. Restaurant seemed to have about 10 servers with three tables seated in the entire restaurant. Service was extremely slow. Took over 30 minutes after placing our order to get our food. Do not order the French toast. Extremely salty and overcooked. When we told our waiter about it he grabs a piece of of it off the plate and walks it over to the kitchen where it looked like a manager of some sort was walking out of the kitchen. The manager listens to our server tell him that the French toast is bad and the managers response was yea oh well I guess they cooked it near the sausage grease. No apology from management and our server still charged us for the salty syrup toast. Really a bad experience. I dont usually write this stuff but Ive been here a few times and its always slow. Maybe if the staff paid half as much attention to the customers as they do eating and laughing in the back they would actually be busy. Clearly a lack of management.

This place has really gone down hill. Been going here for 10 years and seen a pretty fast decline over the last few years. Its a shame since myself/friends/neighbors have really had some good times here. Went last night and was unimpressed. Had a chicken sandwhich (my normal order) it is was barely edible. It was crowded (I think due to the lack of competition and habit) but folks seemed frustrated from the staff to the customers. Slow service as well. To her credit the bartender was working as hard as she could but was overwhelmed. Maybe the most unappealing thing was the general look and feel of the place; it seemed tired and dirty. I would have probably turned around and walked out if I had never been there before. The long time owner might want to reinvest some the $ he has been making there over the years back into the place. The area is starting to get much needed upgrades in dining/drinking options and it would be a shame if this long time place was left behind.

I eat here very often, and am usually quite pleased. The food is great and they have a good beer selection. However, service has gotten to where its so slow and a couple of the waitresses need a little more training. I was a waitress at one time and I know how hard and stressful waitressing can be when busy though. The waitresses are usually friendly but Emerald?( I think is her name, its something different) was everything but friendly. She was very rude and when I asked to make a change to my order, she rolled her eyes and got very hateful. I just moved here from Rome and usually eat here about once a week and every time I have guest from out of town, I bring them here but because of her rudeness and attitude, Im going to rethink bringing guest. She was just not a friendly server. Besides that, the place is great!

Went yesterday with family to watch the Falcons game. Ordered a couple of appetizers while waiting on rest of our party to show. The mushrooms and spinach dip are great and they came out quickly. We placed our order with 2 minutes to go in the first half of the Falcons game. By the start of the 4th quarter we still did not have food! I asked a manager to come over. I advised we place our order over 45 minutes ago and she responded, with a sarcastic smile" Well our kitchen ticket only shows 25 minutes". I did not care for that at all. I would not let this woman manage a paper bag. She comped our appetizers but that attitude will cost you any future business. It was fairly obvious that a busy waitress forgot to put in our order. POOR MANAGEMENT.
