Ive been going there for ten years but lately food quality going down. Their chicken w/broccoli in brown sauce, a standard dish, was served tonight with rubbery, unchewable chicken. Ive never complained in all my years going there and they couldnt have been less pleasant in their response to my request to replace dish with another...the head waiter said hed just as soon take half off my bill....nice gesture....that is till I found out what meant was "half off the dish" not the bill (I ate alone.)and then when I pointed out what I thought must have been a mistake, he lectured me about telling him sooner in the meal....and here I was hesitating to say anything because I didnt want to cause offense, but decided he might want to know they have a problem. Mark this one under "no good deed goes unpunished!" Thinking twice about whether to go back....hoping this is just a one off bad experience.

Where should I begin, the only positive point of this restaurant is that it is open till 1 am except wednesdays. If you are in search of food late in the night and are fed up with fast food or IHOP, this is the only option weve found. The food was tasteless not so much as bad. It just didnt have any flavour, it wasnt something that youd expect to find at a restaurant. It was edible, but had no zing! We ordered a chicken fried rice with salted fish, curry chicken, and crab ragoon. The crab ragoon was stale, I guess since we bought it at 12.30 pm! The fried rice was just okay. We read reviews that the staff is rude, wed say they were curt, not impolite, but definitely not engaging. We gave this a 2 star only because the restaurant is open late, else this is a 1 star restaurant.

This is the worst Chinese Food I have ever had. I have never been so disappointed when opening the Chinese containers before. The Crab Rangoon was just overcooked cream cheese, not a spec of Crab in there. You cant really confirm that the Shrimp LoMein actually had shrimp in it. They were the tiniest and saddest shrimp I have ever seen. I also ordered Mongolian Beef and asked for Fried Rice or Noodles and or course they only provide Steamed Rice and charged me $3.00 to get fried Rice. I have also eaten better communion chips than those fortune cookies. This is a real disappointment considering there arent many other options in Sandy Springs, but lets just say I would rather eat Ramon Noodles with Soy Sauce then order from there again.

The environment was tacky to begin with, with its pink wallpaper, scratched and marked up wooden borders and unclean carpet floors and seating. Secondly, the food was disgusting. Not a good thing to say. You could tell just by the initial smell that the shrimp was either stale or poorly cooked. Seafood is supposed to smell like the ocean. Fresh and inviting. It is not supposed to smell like fish, meaning that stale salty smell. The dough on the dumplings was not fully cooked and the fried wontons were practically burnt to crisps. The only memorable item that we truly enjoyed was the sprite. Dont go to this canton cooks. It is bland, smelly and way to expensive and well reviewed for its worth.

This is the place! Be advised that they are CLOSED on Wednesday, but they are open every other day and until late, 2am! Listen, the "Shrimp Egg Foo Young" is from heaven. Just remember to tell them to hold the peas and carrots, and its perfect. Listen, this part is for men. I dont know what it is but this place is always filled with the prettiest persian and latina women. I guess it the area, but when you do inside, youll see for yourself. If the rest of the food taste like the "EFY" then these people are into making sure that their food is prepared with the highest of quality. Go There!

Extremely RUDE service!!! I advise you to ask for one of the women to wait your table! Theyre a little bit better. At least theyll bring you a water pitcher. The guy we got was busy walking around, with his arrogant nose in the air looking important the entire time. He didnt even bother asking us if we needed a to-go-box! He looked at us like he could have absolutely cared less what we did with it!!! These people obviously havent been trained on how to wait tables. I suggest getting your order to go, but if you opt otherwise just remember.. your on your own in this place!!

Not "great" Chinese food, not "very good" Chinese food, but it is consistently good food. And lets be honest, finding decent Chinese food in most metro areas is pretty tough for the most part. Service is good as well. They team wait, and the food comes quickly. You wont be "wowed" by the food, but you should walk away happy. The portions are fairly generous as well. I saw some people complaining about the decor in their reviews, and quite frankly, its a little dated. But I go out to eat for the food, not to get decorating ideas.

Disappointed. There were a lot of people dining in so we had high expectations, but the food fell short. We ordered take out; the lady at the counter was friendly and the service was quick. However, the rice was mushy and overcooked. The sesame chicken was not breaded very well. It was soggy and fell off. The sauce was also very gooey (for lack of a better word). My boyfriend didnt care for the cashew chicken either. If you are looking for Chinese, take a longer drive and eat at house of chans in Smyrna.

Best Chinese I have ever had. The Happy Family sauce is so delectable words cannot describe. The egg drop soup is thick and the noodles light and crispy. Even the white rice is not too sticky or heavy but light and fluffy! Every critique I give a Chinese restaurant they pass with flying colors. If you have not eaten here, you are truly missing out. I dont even live in ATL but every time I am within an hour of this place I go out of my way to come here.

There is no doubt this restaurant has the best Cantonese style food in the metro area. Hats off to the chef! He really knows what he’s doing in the kitchen. However, the same can’t be said for the rest of the crew. The waiters are rude and service is BAD. This could be an awesome restaurant, if only management would take the time to train its staff with the most basic rules of waitering. Such as prompt polite service. Expect good food and BAD service.

Love the food here. Always get the combination dinner for two with the wife. Comes with soup, egg roll, chicken wing, rice and two entrees (for a reasonable price). Egg rolls are phenomonal and the food is always stellar. Place is crowded for dinner which is a good sign. Dont come on a Wednesday, they are closed. But they are open late, until 2:30 AM on the other nights, which makes a great alternative for late night eats.

Left before I even had the chance to order. Went to the restroom and a server also used the restroom at the same time as me. She did not wash her hands, walked right into the kitchen and then walked plates of food out to a table. The whole restaurant looked cluttered and dirty. I left and went to Bangkok Thyme and found my new favorite spot! Dont waste your time here, if no stars was an options, I would have chosen that.
