This restaurant has terrible customer service, I placed an order for delivery. The lemon pepper wings were so salty they were not eatable. When I called the restaurant to let them know about the wings, the lady acted as if she did not understand English and put a gentlemen on the phone and I explained to him about the wings. His response was next time order with less salt in a very nasty tone. I informed him that I would not be ordering from him again and he began screaming and yelling like a maniac. Saying he would not be delivering to our building any more. WOW! This type of behavior displays the type of customer service you can expect if you are unhappy with your meal. He then yelled into the phone bring it back now and hung up. Really? I will never order from this establishment again! I have read some of the reviews from other customers and it appears if there is a problem with your order they would rather get nasty with the customer as opposed to correcting the problem.

Perhaps it was because I ordered through another website that the menu did not accurately reflect their side orders that were supposed to come with the combo but either way, it was an annoyingly painful experience to deal with them when the order got mixed up. Their attempt to speak in English was bad enough as they were shouting rudely across the phone trying to justify why I was supposed to be missing a few side orders to my order. When I requested to have those missing sides be sent, they refused stating they will only go back if they had other orders in the area. I wasnt allowed a cash reinstatement for those pieces either. They agreed to give me a free order for the next round but seeing how some pieces are already missing from my initial order, it is unlikely I would want to order from the place again. All in all, I felt like I paid more than I had to, for something less in amount. You know what they say, if customer service is shady, it makes the food look bad too.

This place honestly gets no stars for me. To be quite honest, if I could give negative stars, that would be the move. For one, I know most people tend to stray from order beef from Chinese carry-out, but I had never had a bad experience with beef. Sesame beef, mongolian beef, hunan beef - I have loved them all and they seemed to have loved me back... ...until I ordered from this place and literally, this is THE worst experience Ive ever had with Chinese food. Not only were these "deep fried" pieces of beef dumped severely in a bath of sauce, but it honestly did not even give me the illusion of it ever being beef. Instead, one bite had actually been a slimy texture and that turned me off from the rest of the meal. Surely, I will NEVER order from here again. I barely even wanted to give one star, but my review would not have been heard otherwise.

It is a bit of a hole in the wall Chinese lunch buffet. The choices are not vast, but they have the essentials covered. The food is good, and the place is not crowded. I have gone a few times in the last decade and usually I see blue collar workers on their lunch break there. If you wish to find an affordable quick Chinese buffet lunch and are in the area I highly recommend it. If you are up for a drive there are a couple of better choices for nearly the same price. China Buffet in Decatur is great with a better selection, or the new Chow King Buffet in Smyrna, which has over 240 buffet items at a somewhat higher price. Canton Chopsticks lunch buffet is $7.25 (no childrens discounts) and I would recommend it over the fast food restaurants in the area.

Yall, dont let the crummy neighborhood traffic, terrible parking options, or crumbling exterior keep you away from this place. Like a diamond in the ruff, I think this place keeps the outside looking just a little scary to keep from being overwhelmed by people coming in for the food. They used to have like two things youd even want to eat on the buffet and the line would be out the door. Now, theyve remodeled and while the decoration isnt much improved, it is very clean inside and the food is amazing! Try the Generals Chicken, but be fast when they put it out on the line. Its got a reputation among people who know from good food and it dont last long.

No. Just no. I literally just left after eating there for the first and ONLY time. People were nice and food was ready when I arrived. I dont understand the reviews for the food. The food was not bad, not great, just OK. Probably wont finish my food bc it was just blah. Other people must not have high standards for Chinese food. The place is dirtyyyyyy. I almost turned around when I walked in but I made eye contact with the guy behind the counter and felt obligated to follow through with my order at that point. I guess I will know in a few hours if I should have turned around. The buffet looked a bit tragic and there was no A/C. Strategy? Maybe.

This small spot was once a decent restaurant serving Cantonese style chinese cuisine. However, over the past 20 years there has been a precipitous decline in the quality, consistency and even the style of cuisine. In fact, those that dont care for Chinese for can order cheese sticks, fries, hot wings, onion rings and other finer amercian fast food fare. Which maybe the best bet as the chinese food is greasy with mysterious unfamiliar favors and textures. Furthermore, there are serious issues and concerns with health code violations and scores, some quick research may give a potential patron food for thought before dining.

I called in an order for delivery and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I ordered from their lunch menu but my total was a little high so I asked why and the owner/manager told me to cancel my order instead of trying to explain the charges and hung up. I have ordered from there before and the food was ok but I have had a lot better. I will not ever order from them again! If you want good chinese food that is not too greasy go to Chin Chin. It is located in the kroger shopping center right down the street. The food and service are MUCH better!

Wow, the reviews here seem to be polarized, but Ive eaten here twice and wasnt disappointed either time. Once was a carry out and the other a dine-in so I cant say much for the delivery driver... My Gf and I love this place. The egg roll was easily the best Ive ever had; freshly made. The selection was great, and the wait staff was an adorable duo of what I believe were the owners children. The Orange chicken is better than PF Changs or Panda Express. Give it a shot.

Good is decent. Customer service is awful. They are very argumentative with the customers. I order a lunch Mongolian Beef with extra egg roll. However, the egg roll came with shrimp and they did not specific they give shrimp egg roll and not veggie. Since I didnt order any seafood I didnt tell them seafood allergies. Instead of them apologizing about the situation they were very confrontational. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING WITH CANTON CHOPSTICKS AGAIN!!!!
