Save yourself money and bbq and go somewhere else. This is my second visit to Bone Lick (first visit Huff rd). Its just really disappointing. Service was confusing, waitress kept saying things were not available, but would come back and say it is available. This is 8 PM on a Saturday and things arent available??? it reminds me of the other location, where they were saying the same thing. But they were also out of silverware so we had to eat using to-go packet silverware. I mean really? You cant just wash the utensils? The Korean BBQ sauce is awful..its pure Hoisin Sauce (which is Chinese). I wonder if they have ever even had Korean BBQ. Just do yourself a favor and take it off the menu. Even the garlic tots, are chopped RAW garlic and overwhelms everything. Collards are wayy to salty, potato salad is closer to cold mashed potatoes than potato salad with texture. Mac and Cheese is fine. Also.....the smoker is directly open to the restaurant, which allows customers to experience smoke first hand. Ventilation was opening the front and back door to allow a draft. We walked out of there smelling like smoked meat. Such a dumb design. We have so many other options for BBQ in the city...please try something else.

Great food & service... HOWEVER, one of the worst portion-to-price ratios Ive ever seen in Atlanta. We werent looking for a huge plate of food... just a "meat & two," and a friend recommended this place but told us it was "a little pricey." We decided to check it out anyway and we ordered two plates to go. Each order consisted of 4 SMALL slices of brisket, 2 pieces of toast, and 2 sides--each side was in a little plastic cup that was about the size of a small ice cream scoop or, less. We did not order any drinks, as we picked this up to go and took it back home. It was just over $38.00 and the entire bag must have weighed about 1 to 2 pounds, which made me stop and check the contents because I was sure there was something missing. I checked everything out and, sure enough, everything I ordered was there, just in very small quantities. Ive never felt so ripped off at a restaurant before, especially from a place with such low overhead as a bbq joint... I get that rents are high in the O4W, but compared to all the other places in and around the neighborhood, there are much higher-end places that serve much better ratios of food to what you pay for. Youll never see me there again.

Just like their first location on Huff Road, Bonelick BBQs second location on Edgewood is a home run. From the homemade spicy sausage links to the fall of the bone pork ribs, its all good. The beef brisket and pulled pork is great too, as is their pulled & BBQ chicken. Whether you get it on a sammie or a platter its GOOOOOD. For an appetizer, I usually have a set of Mikes BIG OL BALLS. For my main course I usually limit myself to the three meat platter called "Menagé-a-Trois". Depending how hungry I am, I get a BIGGINS (four-meat combo) or the five-meat FAT ASS SAMPLER! And to top it off they have five different BBQ sauces to top your meats with ... from South Carolina Mustard to North Carolina Vinegar to Kansas City sweet or their "WIMP JUICE". And my favorite sides are the Garlic Tater Tots & the Jalapeno Mac & Cheese - even though I am do not handle most spicy foods well, the mac has just enough heat that I can handle it. Just like the original location, the new BoneLick is yummy!!!!!

Visited this location for the first time yesterday and thorough my enjoyed the experience. They had a great playlist going so the music was cool. I tried the "Bushwhacker" frozen drink with whipped cream (two actually) which were great. A nice little pick me up from the gulf coast bars. I had the combo because I couldnt decide which meat to choose, so I picked the brisket and the ribs. Both were good, although the brisket was a tad dry towards the thickest end of the meat. The jalapeño Mac & cheese had nice flavor as well as the collards (vinegar base I think). Oh and I also tried the big a$$ balls and they were awesomely salty but delicious.

Really loud like its between 2 clubs & they are playing their own music too. In reality I think theres only a club on one side. Service was really slow and I ate most of my meat before my mac n cheese came out. Mac was stupid cheesy but good. Ribs were good but bbq sauces werent. My friend got beef ribs and they gave him a small order because it was beef. I asked for sprite she brought me sweet tea (I just drank that) and the waitress thought it was ok to tell us that we might not see her for a while because she had so many tables. So food good, late night service bad. Oh last...I hope the "service charge" on the check was her tip...??

If you want great food with wonderful hospitality come here! Since moving to Atlanta ,my girlfriend and I ,(which she is a Georgia native) never had any service like this . It feels just like family when walking in the door. If I could give a million stars I would. If you are a person who loves flavor this is definitely the best barbecue spot you can come to. The ribs are tender and just in general the food is wonderful .Kisha and Terrance are the best!!

Huge pieces of fat and bone fragments in my pulled chicken. Pulled pork was very dry. Collards too salty. Mac n cheese was subpar. Brunswick stew wasnt anything resembling Brunswick stew. I even found the Coleslaw disgusting. Fried bread pudding was overdone. Bandana pudding couldve been something special, but they fell short. Ive had good bbq and this place isnt it. I spent $70 on takeout and it was all pretty much inedible.

Best bbq Ive had in Atlanta. Ribs are amazing, a little pricey but totally worth it. The jalapeño mac and cheese is a great side for any meal. The atmosphere has a rural/trendy feel with the smoker immediately to your right when you walk in. And they had a Mortal Kombat 4 arcade machine near the bathrooms last time I went (good stuff obviously). Simple and tasty, what more do you need?

Just left after sitting down for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. The only alnowledgement we got after 20 minutes was from a girl on the fly "Im da only 1 here today." No welcome to Bone Lick? Sorry for the wait? How are you doing today, Ill be with you in a second? And the way she was dressed, Im not even sure if she worked there. Ill just act like this whole thing was a prank.

Excellent BBQ wrapped in a great atmosphere, this place will fill you up with delicious food and drinks. They serve brunch weekend mornings with several items that pair well with their bottomless mimosas. We were happy with our experience here, even though we were the first to arrive for the day.
