The food is OK but this place is dirty. I saw a roach crawling along the steam table on one visit. I stopped eating here for about a year after that however, I have since returned I didnt see roaches but there is a cashier there that is very rude. Shes the big lady at the end of the line where you get your food. She never smiles and looks like she hates her job and is mad at the world. She is border line intimidating looking! Sometimes Ill start to go there for lunch as this location is close to my work but Ill think of her and go somewhere else. The food is again is ok but pricey for individual sides.

I had never eatten at Piccadilly before, and thought it would be a good try. I went to get me some lunch at this particular location, and the staff was rude as hell when I had to check out. I dont know what is up with these people, but customer no service. I guess you have to go to another county to get better service. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! I rather drive several miles to eat at a place where the staff is more pleasant. I am very big on Customer Service, and I did not get that at all!

If you enjoy having the people serving up the food yelling at you as your try to pick out what you want, this is the place for you. The customers ahead of us we a little slow and we waited in line much longer than necessary. The entire time the staff were yelling at the rest of to pick out what we wanted, even before we could get close enough to see what was being offered. And even though there offer a vegetable plate, heaven forbid you dont want meat. I wont be going back.

Why does anyone go here? Paid $12 for what looked like would be good country fried steak with sides and a drink. I think the drink was $3- rip off like everywhere else. Potatoes were obviously boxed flakes and the steak was barely edible as it wasnt even as good quality as the frozen tyson ones. Should have known why no one was there. And then Im expected to tip for a waitress when ***I*** got my own food. Definitely agree with the other reviewer about going to ihop.

My experience at Piccadilly Cafeteria NorthLake Lavista Road was a Great Experience...The employees were very nice and helpful. The food was amazing I purchased the Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Veggies and cornbread stick. The Roast Beef was tender and mouth watering good as well as my sides.

My second time going to a Piccadilly, and it is so my last time. The quality of food is mediocre at best. I had a chicken and spinach enchiladas and it looks like soup! It has okra, tomatoes, and onions in it. I dont know why I just didnt go to the ihop... I have severe buyers remorse.
