I should have gone to stars and strikes like i plannned...but i wanted to try something new. This was my first time at this location and possibly maybe my last time attending main Main Event ever. We purchased the unlimited play package for the bowling and the arcade deal the deal was great but the customer service for this business and this location is just ridiculous its appalling. After me and my family sat down and began bowling we wanted to get some drinks because we were parched I had to walk over to the waitress station to get her attention and then wait an additional 20 minutes and then walk back over to her to place my order I can understand youre busy but if Im trying to make eye contact with you and you still dont acknowledge me thats not customer service savvy after I submitted my order for my drinks we receive them after 20 or 25 minutes we bowling one more frame and went on to the floor to play some of the arcade games with my 4 year old son after being on the arcade floor for about 15 minutes and adding an additional $35 to my card so we can play more arcade games so I spent a total around 84 to $90 at this location which it was my first time here when I came back to my bowling area all of my personal belongings had been touched which I didnt authorize to do so and I wasnt notified they had been touched or been moved and someone else was trying to log into our bowling station I immediately asked the bowling associate who touched my personal belongings he stated he didnt know and neither did the waitress she did not know as well so I spoke with management and they stated that no one saw us and thought we had left before me and my family went to the arcade floor we added an additional hour of overtime so someone would think that we were there and we also didnt put back on a recreational shoes to also give the hint that someone is still here and my drinks which was full to the brim were also still in our area so they had three indications that we were still here just enjoying our arcade games therefore our stuff was still touched and our names were still cleared from the bowling area management stated they would do anything to get this taken care of and I appreciate that but they still were ignorant to the fact they couldnt understand where I was coming from as a customer Im at a new business that Ive never been to spending 84 - $90 and Im getting customer service like Im at Burger King or Wendys or fast food spot . In addition to this I was very upset with the waitress so I was giving her a slightly weird look and she stated to me dont look at me like that like Im crazy and once again she stated this in front of management who does that I was so upset I couldnt look at her in the face anymore and I had to walk away to calm down I dont care if youre right wrong you dont treat your customers like that Management ended up giving me partial of my money back and also offered to cover food as well. So if youre a new customer here I would advise you to make sure u get the right waitress and make sure that your significant other doesnt leave their purse or personal belongings scattered everywhere like most people do at normal bowling alleys. I really hope no one has the same experience I have because it could have been a lot worse especially being talked to by employees just like Im a 8 year old. Even though management tried to rectify the problem I still am scared as a first-time customer at this facility and at this location the customer service here was just ridiculous I understand they tried to make it right but once you make a mistake in the world sometimes you cant go back and change it I may not be back at this location again. Btw im writing this as im still in the facility thats how bad the experience was. Good luck

My guest and I arrived at your establishment in Alpharetta, Ga at 2 PM in hopes to take advantage of your FUNpass. Although we called in advance to ensure we can take advantage of this offer, my guest and I were quickly notified that it would be better if we brought your 4 to close FUNpasses rather than your 9 AM to 4 PM. We agreed and asked the cashier to purchase the 4 to close FUNpasses at which he responded that we would have to wait two hours. My brother asked to speak to a manager at which he confirmed that we would have to wait until 4 PM. While waiting for 45 minutes another group of ten people arrived requesting the same passes at which the manager reached out to another individual and agreed to sell them the 4 to close FUNpasses. When I approach the superior manager about the situation he insisted that he was doing us a favor. In this situation my guest and I tried to respect your establishments rules and regulations but our attempts, time, and money was disrespected. If you have rules set in place they are expected to be followed by everyone. There were no extra steps taken to ensure that we were unable to buy the FUNpasses as soon as we arrived; even though we were informed ahead of time that we could. There were no apologizes given to me or my guest for the time wasted and the unfair treatment. After being shown an huge disdain by your staff, I called your corporate offices at which they connected me to the regional manager whom did not apologize but instead have excuses for establishments poor behavior. He stated, "if the establishment is busy they usually do not allow the 4 to close FUNpasses to be sold, and it is up the manager of the establishment." When I informed him that the place of business was totally empty, and staff members were not at their stations to assist customers; he insisted that he would get in contact with the general manger. The regional manager did not offer a follow up with me or any type of solution the genuine discourtesy that my guest and I felt. I will NEVER come back to your establishment again. Hopefully you guy will learn how to treat your guest fairly. The main goal when working in entertainment is to encourage a great experience for your guest. How do you guys expect to pursue that goal when your staff has no appreciation for the consumers dollar?

Long story short the service was horrible. i first went here in march and loved it.. Decided to go on Halloween and I will more than likely never go again. I went to bowl and none of the servers came to the table after 20 min wait. While 3 of the servers were at the podium standing laughing. I went to the podium and ask kindly was there anyone serving this section? One of the servers said she can assist. When she went over to us she said she would assist even though this was not her section and 3 other people were suppose to be at this section (strike 1) when I gave my drink orders she left so quick my friend and I were ready to order food. I started bowling and notice its been 20 mins and still no drinks! Then a group of young adults came to bowl next to us. There was a bunch of guys being loud and flashy. My server went over there smiling flirting it was ridiculous. She then left and came back with there drinks! Mind you it was only my friend and I and it was 7 of them! I was PISSED. When she finish I flagged her down and ask when she is done can we order our food. She said she can take our order. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and my friend ordered a pepperoni pizza. 30mins later still no food!!!! I look to the left and the guys and girls had there food and drinks. At this point I look for the manager I was upset. The manager said he would "handle it" when my food finally came it got even worst. The food was not a chicken quesadilla. It look like blended chicken it was gray paste no chicken and smelled disgusting like throw up. I was disgusted. My friend pizza never came. When my server finally came I apologized to her(yes I apologized because I did not want to seem difficult) I apologized and said I never seen a quesdialla like this and I do not want it. She replied "Yea they need to use grilled chicken" (now correct me if Im wrong but doesnt a chicken quesdialla suppose to have grill chicken????) When she went to pick up my tray I asked her is the pizza finally coming. Guess what?!?! SHE FORGOT MY FRIENDS PIZZA. She was too busy flirting accommodating the guys next to us she forgot about her other customers. She offered to give my friend pizza free but I had such a bad taste from my experience. Never again.
