Went here with about 15 of us on Feb. 19 in the evening, after a pageant we attended in Tampa. Had a lot of hungry girls! Lol The bar looked bare, was like two partial pizzas and a few bread sticks. We asked to speak with the manager to ensure they would be able to keep up with having another large group, the place was already kind of packed. The manager didnt know we could see her and gave the employee a sarcastic face, rolled her eyes and said something while shrugging her shoulders. I am sorry that you may be having a busy and hard night, but it is your job. We left after we seen her walking the other way. Wont be back here again, the food and price is not worth the attitude.

Love the pizza but our local CiCis tonight had the worst service Ive ever had. Took our grandchildren 8 and 10 because they love the pizza and their mother refuses to go because of the bad service. I was so disappointed. We ordered the kind of pizza that the kids like. Waited, waited, went up and asked. Then we waited and waited, then asked again, and again. They were so busy talking about their upcoming dates and who was cute, that they were useless to help anyone. Weve been going to this cicis since the week it opened, but I think thats it. Enough.

I always order my own custom made Pizza. They always come out to my table fresh & hot out of the oven in less than 15 minutes. Salad vegtables on the buffet are always fresh and cold. Price are fantastic for what you get at the buffet.

Enjoyed the chicken soup and service. I noticed that all the pizza had ham and bacon on them except for the original. The chef offered to make me a special pie with only vegetables and chicken. I enjoyed it.

Its a chain all you can eat pizza buffet, so dont expect great pizza. But the pizza here was particularly greasy and it made me feel sick afterwards. Would not eat here again.
