Theyre extremely consistent... in getting our order wrong. Every single time we go to get food we ask for a "Whole Chicken, Uncut" because they remove a part of the chicken attached to the spine that we like to eat. They look at you ugly and then they give you a cut one, the only way Ive been able to get my order correct is to order inside the store and then return the chicken when they give it to me wrong. This latest time they gave me three drums and one breast after we asked them for the chicken uncut, at this point were already fuming from their disrespect. The manager has been accommodating but it almost seems like a mutiny in the kitchen in this location, I once had a cook yell at me here because he didnt want to release the chicken out whole, their attitude is terrible and the food isnt worth the aggravation, STAY AWAY!!!

Two stars because the guy who took my order was great, everyone else sucked. On top of that, they do not serve the full pollo tropical menu. Only a few side options, no green beans, no mac n cheese, no potatoes, and my chicken was cold. I know they precook most and leave it on the grill but mine wasnt even warm. I travel for business and have been to pollo tropical all over Georgia and Florida, a few times a week. Its always great, this location must have poor management.. they dont even heat the rolls up like the other locations. She took it out of the bag and put it on my plate. Will never come back here.

On my way home decided NOT to cook dinner so I went to one of my favorite places to pick up dinner...waited in a long line then when I placed my order at 6:36pm I waited and watched how slow everyone was getting food and filling the orders even an older man complained about how small his chicken was ..I finally received my food at 6:50pm...I thought that when fast food means fast...not slow an with attitude. ..I will NOT go and get food there ever again...and to top it off the manager on duty didnt even have a hat on....just not good service...

•extremely slow service •chicken is undercooked •tables are sticky •floor is very dirty •workers are talking while their is a whole line of people waiting for their food •you have to pay EXTRA if you want chicken breast, which by the way is ridiculous •while the workers are chatting amongst each others and preparing your food, you can see them spitting on your food as theyre talking •waiters do not have respect for their customers OVERALL THIS PLACE IS DISCUSTING AND YOU SHOULD BEVER EAT THERE

Terrible service -- after waiting about 5 minutes (which wasnt a biggie) the person at the register came to take our order with the restaurant phone in hand, arguing with her boyfriend--- really?? She proceeded to try to take out order and argue at the same time. Then she told us they were out of 1/2 the menu!! Maybe it was just this one person??! Will give pollo tropical another try but at a different location and different time of the day.

This place is run by idiots, whoever is in charge is a complete incompetent fool. Service is the slowest I seen I was there for 20 minutes and could not get my order in. All the employees working slower than snail pace and not even trying to do their job. It was extremely frustrating to see a group of people incapable of running a store. If their is a line is not because its packed is because fool work behind the counter.

For the past three times, the food quality has been horrible no improvement. I always get the tropi chop and they give three pieces of chicken bunch on unnecessary rice and always miss either the corn,beans or tomatoes somehow something always end up missing. The quality is horrible. Will not be going back anymore. The people dont take the time to make the tropi chop well. Terrible pollo tropical.

Food is not bad especially for fast food although there is no consistency in quality from one visit to the next. Service needs serious improvement. The person at the register seems to be always annoyed at having to take your order. Orders are also often incorrect and having to go back to the counter to correct it results in more people clearly displaying their annoyance.

Okay food location kind of Spanish food fast food chain restaurant. Ate a bowl of rice with some chicken and beans on the side and was pretty pleased with the flavor and taste of the food. Next visit Im desired to try something different as it seems their food is amazing

I got the large tropi chop for lunch from here today. 2 hours later I felt horrible and threw up. I was feeling perfectly well before this meal. And now 3 hours later I am still feeling sick. Food is no good makes you sick

Chicken is dry! Service is slow! Staff doesnt speak English. Always forgetting to add other food orders when I order through drive through. e.g. flan, corn, plantains. I will be going to the Sawgrass location from now on.

Food is great. Real mean in drive thru. If you ask for extra sauce they treat you like you committed a crime. Ordered $30 worth of food got one tiny container. Then the girl slams the window in my face

STAY AWAY! Dirty and discusting. It seems like it hasnt been updated or cleaned since day 1. Manager should be fired and the place be closed for a major cleaning and upgrade "OR" the place closed!!!
