Ive been going to this location since 2002. To sum it up, it use to be 5 star. Now its one. Their popular dish is the "chop-chop," which is basically diced chicken. However, if you dont watch them closely when preparing your food. You may end up with several large chunks of not fully diced meat done in a rush. Also the proportions have drastically changed. The prices have increased, and the amount of rice compared to meat increased as well. The dish is almost 90% rice, 10% chicken. Also now even for Togo orders you have to prepare your own sauces, whose supplies are often empty. Being one of the first places I ate at in Miami before living here, it is a past favorite. Now its a last resort. Also they have wraps now, but the pita is almost the size of a large pizza. Way too thick in relation to the contents. Very friendly staff, but no longer anything then a last resort.

If I can give 0 Stars I WOULD!! I have been speaking to the Manager AnaMaria for more than 15 minutes trying to get her to understand that this location has delivered to me in the past for her to tell me to call the Bird Road location when I am in Kendall less than 3 minutes away from their location! She was beyond RUDE, treated me AWFUL and I WILL NEVER order from this location again because of the way I was treated while on the phone with her. She finally realized that I was in her delivery zone and never apologized for the mistreatment but blamed me because I was calling from my cell phone number instead of my husbands (the one we previously order from). UNBELIEVABLE that someone like that could be a Manger!

The manager tried to give me a dirty tray to put my food on. He grabbed the tray out of some employee who was obviously wiping dirty trays into the trash. What an Idiot. I called the manager out for being a dirtbag and told that manager to go find a clean tray.

Very rude cashier, priced us wrong on the food and when we tried to kindly correct her, she rudely snatched our old receipt and refused to admit she was wrong. Its a shame because if not for her, the rest of the employees are very friendly and kind.

This Chicken Kitchen is one of the few that I like to go to in SW Miami. They always have chicken seasoned to perfection and treat me as a valued customer. I would recommend this location to anyone who loves this restaurant.

Horrible phone and customer service. Asked a simple question for delivery , was abruptly put on hold for close to 10 minutes. Hung up and called back she had an attitude only to be told they cant deliver.

Yeah, I though that this location was actually better than some of the other ones nearby...and then I got hair in my food. Not just one but quite a few. Maybe they should wear hairnets?
