My Family
I purchase the whole snapper dinner from the location on 160th Street. As I started eating, I smelled a foul scent. I picked up the fish and pulled back the skin and the smell was a spoiled fishy smell. They were closed when I called. The next day I spoke to someone who said the manager was not in. A couple days later, I spoke to the manager and he said there is no way it was bad. I said maybe you dont sell lots of the whole fish because I had other meals that were fine, but this one was bad. He was defensive about it and said I should have come back in. I told him I threw it away because they were closed. He was not willing to do anything to resolve the issue. Although I have eaten there before and not had a problem, because of this managers attitude I will never eat there again. Also, I am not willing to risk my life with food poisoning for a 12.99 dinner.

If you want to enjoy real fresh seafood come to snappers. My husband and I ordered a small snapper meal, a small jumbo shrimp meal, and a 1/2lbs conch meal. Super filling! Full of flavor and you can always tell when its fresh! :) In each meal they have complimentary slices of bread! The restaurant all together is nice. They have flat screen tvs for those dining in or waiting for their orders. Their staff are helpful and polite. The restrooms were clean. Its a family-friendly environment.

I went to snappers at 8 when they didnt closed to 9 and they had the door locked it was open cause they had people in their and the drive thru was working, and another customer was wanting outside (he called in for his order and they still didnt let him in. My issue was that their was no signs but they were open. I left Im not waiting however long.

I eat here alot! Food is delicious! They have wonderful deserts too! All you can drink soda. Tons of combos for you to enjoy. Fish, shrimp, chicken, etc.. Sit down enjoy the huge flat screen tv while you wait for your hot crispy oh so good food!

The food at this place is horrible! They cook everything too hard and with old oil. Its too much batter on them little fish. I guess the batter make the fish look big. The batter completely falls off the fish.-9

This place has a wide variety of seafood, mostly fried. Good prices and the food is always hot, its cooked to order. I buy the fried conch dinner, fried snapper and wings. The wings are really cheap.

The best fish and chicken in south miami. I tried almost everything on the menu everything tasted good,fresh and always hot and the prices cant be beat. Cant wait to go back....

Best place to eat fast food chicken, burger and fish. Fried fresh when you arrive and its not pre-cooked like mcdonal and other fast food places. Place is clean as well.
