I ordered on Nov. 11th for delivery and was told by email message that my order should be delivered around 8:21pm. Minutes passed by and almost an half hour passed and I called. I voiced my concern, was put on hold, I was told that there was no paper in the delivery order machine. I asked the young lady on the phone, you all dont check your machine to ensure it is working. I asked to speak to the manager, I was told to hold on. Then another young lady answered the phone and said she was the manager. She told me that she was the manager. I told her that I thought there was a male manager. She told me that he was gone and shes the manager. I did not receive an apology but was told that if I still wanted my order it will be 45 minutes to an hour. I told them to cancel my order and I ordered from Wing Stop with whom their customer service met my expectations. Lately, I have been very disappointed with Wing Mania, they need to get it together with their customer service and their overall best practices. Training is always essential. I like to give businesses a second chance but I think I am done with Wing Mania after tonight. I thought they would have improved but I am yet waiting on another delivery as to speak, and it was supposed to be delivered by 6:31pm and it is 7:24pm. Got my delivery at 7:35pm. Thanks to the delivery girl for her apology for being late.

OK first off. I live with in 5 minutes of this place. I have ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS had bad experiences here. The food was always bad. The customer service was just unbearable until yesterday. I decided to try this place again since it is the only wing place that delivers in the area. I tried ordering on the website, but that is still all screwed up. So I decided to call. I asked for a manager. She stated that she was a manager. I really hope I am remembering her name right ( Shareen.) I expressed to her my experiences and also my concerns. I even expressed to her if this was a bad time to order I would just opt out of ordering there. Se was very nice and reassured me that it was ok. She was right. She took my order. For the first time since this place opened in our neighborhood. My order was on time, correct, and fresh!!! Wow!! She did an amazing job and my family and I really appreciated this. This is how the service and quality of food should be on a regular. I felt that the same way I express my dissatisfaction, I should also express the great work that this manager "Shareen" did to reassure and follow through with this spectacular customer service and food quality. They need to employ more people like her and promote this lady because this could bring this "Wing Mania" back to life. Thanks again Shareen!!

OVER PRICED ONION RINGS 4 ONION RINGS $3.49 WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF GOLD ITS AN ONION. I called them I told the ONION RINGS taste good just wanted more onion rings. They responded (1) that I should talk to the owner, response (2) if I did not eat the plate they would pick up the plate & credit me for my next order. I told them I like the onion rings the qty for the price is illegal, unconstitutional. Its a rip off. The fish pattys are frozen and disgusting the worst fish pattys I have ever eaten in my 43 years on this planet, greasy & mushing! 86 the FISH!!! its a health issue. The chicken wings skin looks like zombie skin it looked raw but cooked? weird looking, not appealing to the eye we were scared by the chicken wings. WingMania Should Change its name to "CHICKEN ZOMBIE MANIA!"

Placed an order 4/12 to be ready around 9:40. I should have known it was going to be a problem because when I got there around 9:30, the food was already sitting on the counter. When I got home to eat the food, it was extremely cold and soggy as if the food had been sitting for quite sometime. Furthermore, I did not get what I ordered-- the order did not have the bleu cheese, the S.O.S for the wings, and the fries were so soggy that they were inedible. Tried to contact via landline to lodge a complaint, but I did not receive a response. Will NEVER, EVER, go back to Wingmania (tried to support a local business but they always seem to disappoint). Save your money and go elsewhere like WingStop or some other wing joint.

The food is good, the service is absolutely terrible. When you order online, take whatever estimated finish time and triple it, cause theyl have you waiting forever for your food. I ordered online at 7:40 and was given an estimate of 8:00 for my pickup order to be ready. Based on past experiences, I took that with a grain of salt and called at 8:20 to see if my order was ready. After being put on hold, I was told that they, apparently, dont even start your order until you get there, if you dont prepay by card. Ignoring the fact that I HAVE prepaid by card in the past and they STILL hadnt started and took 30-40 minutes to finish my order; the whole premise seems to defeat the purpose of online ordering.

Pure SALT!!! Couldnt even eat them... We are S0 mad! This was our first time at Wing Mania. We ordered 10 Lemon Pepper and 10 Garlic Parmesan winggetts and a large order of fries TO GO... Its a 10 minute drive home so we didnt take them back... The lemon pepper wings were so salty you couldnt even eat them with the skin removed... 7 were thrown away... The garlic parmesan wings were also salty but we were able to eat 6 of them and threw the rest away... Fries were okay but greasy... So disappointed because we really wanted some good wings for dinner... $23 wasted and still hungry.... Wont be back...

Dilevery order $66. Driver said he could not take $100 bill and if he could he didnt have enough change. I understand if the bill was a lot less but what do they expect from a large order? And why doesnt he carry change? He called the restaurant, Im assuming he spoke with the manager, he was told to take the food back. I thought about asking him to meet me elsewhere to get change but after touching the food I realized it was cold. Im expecting good quality food if Im paying $66 plus tip. I will never order from there again. Side note: I was just told the fries are nasty and soggy anyways.

I placed an order for delivery and was given approximately an hour to be delivered. The hour came and went and no delivery. I called the restaurant and was told that they were running about 2 hours late. I didnt even receive a phone call. I then asked how long it would be and was told that I had 3 orders ahead of mine. That she couldnt tell me for sure because it all depended on how long it took the driver to deliver those orders and return. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again. Cant even say if the wings were any good or not.

The wings that I ordered were horrible. I ordered lemon pepper and they tasted like lemon juice was sqeezed on the wing and they were soggy...not crispy at all and they looked undercooked. I also ordered peach habernero, which was suppose to a little sweet and a lot of spice and they were not. They were extremely sweet and not spicy at all. I was very disappointed and will not be returning!
