The cashier was very rude and very prejudice. Treated us like crap. Im never going back to that KFC again. I would not reccommend no one to this KFC. The service was terrible I got three little tenders the size of a pinky. Plus the employee Kiandra was her name was being very impatient, rude, and prejudice (this was today 9/26/16 @ 3:20p.m.). I also noticed that she was treating other customers that were also hispanic the same way and didnt seem very pleased either in my opinion. Im not one to judge but if she treated me and a few other customers like that then she probably treats everyone like that.

Paid 6$ and change for five tiny-under-cooked hot wings, a coke, and a small order of potato wedges. The wings were about the size of an adult thumb. The wedges were alright but the chicken wings were mushy, greasy, unappealing, and mostly a bone marrow color under the skin. I threw away each of the five "hot wings" after inspecting them one by one thinking the next one would be OK. I was in a rush and did not have time to go back after waiting in the drive-through line for 15+ minutes. Stay away from this place! Worst KFC in Miami.

Personally I wouldve rated this higher if it not for one bad experience. Walked in one evening. Line of people already waiting and theres alarms going off in the kitchen area loud enough so you couldnt hear yourself think let alone hear what the person at the register was saying and they couldnt hear you either. It was a mess and the staff seemed like they couldnt care less. Maybe it was an off day, I dont know but it turned me off to the place. Now if I want fried chicken I head up to Popeyes or Churchs.

No recomiendo a nadie la comida de sitios como este. Como diría un amigo: este es el McDonald (Trump) del pollo... poor chickens! Dont go there if you have better nutritional options. Try more green on your plate!

Every time I go to this kfc theres a issue with my order . Went here last night and had three items missing from my bag that I paid for showing proof on my receipt but the manager that was on night shift duty still refuse to give me my thtee items that was missing out of my bag . This is the 5th time I had similar stuff happend to me at this location . Im not a manager or anything but I know for sure customer service comes first.

Terrible! Food tasted stale and cold. Cashier looked unhappy and never made any eye contact. It was 7pm, and the drive thru was empty. Not sure why the food tasted stale.
