DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. If I could give it 0 stars instead of 1, I would. Going through other reviews, at least I see there is a pattern in the behavior of the owner or the manager who thinks hes the owner (Mikelle or something similar). Someone who is incredibly rude, and like someone else said in another review, acts like hes giving people free food and doing a favor to everyone going to his restaurant. Do yourselves a favor and dont waste your time and money going to this restaurant.

I had been going to this restauran because my kids like it. However, always there is something wrong with the waites and the owners appear to be friendly but they are not. last time we went, I called the owner to manifest my feelings toward the food. I told him the quality of the food had diminished and right away he started talking to me en italian in a very upset way and very disrespectul. The truth is that the food was terrible. I ordered a linguini di mari and it was discusting. It tasted horrible and my big mistake was not having returned the dish when I tasted it. I ate because I was starving and thats when I called the owner. I can not understand how the owner of a restaurant that has not been in business for too long, can treat a customer the way he did. I felt as if I was doing this guy a favor and as if he was throwing the food at me for free. That was not case. I paid close to 100 dollars and left no tip. Not because the waitress had anything to do with what happened with the food, but because everything we requested throughout the meal, he never brought it to our table. I also noticed after the incident with the owner, that he was laughing at us. In do not recomend this place at all and hopefully they will be out of business soon since there is no acceptable explanation how the owner of a restaurant, can treat a client like that. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I will never go there again. Aside from that, the place is full of flies. 4 11 2015

This is not just an Italian Restaurant; this is an experience proving Weston is becoming a culinary destination. Chef Aldo creates delicate and daring masterpieces with no compromise. You see, the Chef is a tease; with each bite your craving builds melting delectable layer by layer in your mouth. Thankfully the portions finally give you gravity returning back to earth. Food aside, the staff at this restaurant are nothing short of celebrating you and your guests as if you are part of their long lost family. Michael, the Manager stops whatever he is doing to greet familiar guests and new alike creating a personal relationship with all of his patrons. I must also mention that his amazing staff work seamlessly under his leadership who very well respects him. Lastly... DARIO... You have to experience the owner to understand his amazing gravitational pull. When Dario walks into the room your can feel it and also hear the roaring laughter from each table he greets. The energy is infectious. I asked him one night if I could have what he was having... He modestly thanked his Mother for his "Passione per la vita."

The food was good, NOT great. They wont be getting my business, nor will I recommend them to anyone. My main complaint is on the owner and the server. Everyone other than the them, were very very friendly and customer service skilled. My mom had asked the OWNER (he was walking by our table) a question to help me figure out what I need (the menu is mainly in Italian), his response after I figured out what I wanted, "anything else? Because Im busy and I have work to do" I was shocked! You dont talk like that to your customers ESPECIALLY when you just opened your restaurant. The issue with the server... he was telling us the specials of the day. My mom had asked him "oh whats the name of that last one you mentioned? He says, "it doesnt have a name, make one up" again I was shocked. These guys talked to us as if we were stupid. First off their menu barely has and English and second off its your job to help answer questions. In Weston not very many restaurants last and I have a feeling Bellini will not either.

If you want to eat a very delicious Italian food, its the place to go. However, dont expect the service to be on the same level. My friends and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The so called manager by the name of Alessandro was our first nightmare. He refused to give us a table unless all of the people in our party had arrived. We were 6 people , 5 were there already and 1 on the way. He was loud, rude and had to make his point . After almost one hour of waiting to have a table , our server brought the Sangria and didnt bring the glasses because according to him, they were still "washing" the glasses. So service was really bad !!!! Some of us had not even finished the dinner and they were already removing the plates and dishes from our table. We felt rushed and disrespected by the staff. Its definitely not a place to hang out with family and friends! Maybe a take out would be a good option!

Ive been coming to Bellini Italian Bistro many times. Food is good, prices not too bad, but I have to mention, it can get loud in there. So if you want to enjoy a conversation while having your dinner, do not go in there. Last week was the last time I took my family to Bellini. Owner is totally rude, very bad attitude towards his employees and customers. We were waiting outside very patiently for about 25 minutes, (our hostess mentioned it would be about 10-15 minutes wait), 2 other couples arrived after us, and sat down immediately. Third couple comes in, and sat down. When we asked about our table, owner came out rushing with a negative attitude telling us to wait. Instead of apologizing, he raised his voice and turns around. Very poor behavior. I would not recommend this place.

My family ate at Bellinis last night. The food is delicious and our waiter very polite. Heres the problem, the manager had everyone sitting on one side of the restaurant so we all were sitting on top of each other. Every time someone walked by, I had to pull my chair in. The ADULT couple across from us was making out the whole meal! I have two young boys so as we were all shoulder to shoulder, we all got to watch! Also, the food was very long to be brought out. I had asked for extra sauce but after waiting so long, we just left. The food is tasty but if we wanted to sit packed in like sardines, we could have gone to McDonalds on a Tuesday night.
