I spent $34 for the cheapest steak on the menu. I got the ribeye, and while both the texture and temperature were good, the seasoning left much to be desired. The steak was also charred, leaving an unpleasant charcoal taste that lingered after every bite. Unfortunately, my sides were lacking as well. My "roasted" mushrooms tasted microwaved and bland, along with my "wood grilled" asparagus which was undercooked. Honestly, my water had more flavor than my food did which was disconcerting and unpleasant. In addition the meal being lackluster, we also had to wait an hour for it to come to us from the time we ordered it until it was delivered. My only solace was the pretzel bread, which, unlike everything else on the table, was enjoyable to put in my mouth. In fact, I ate so much of it waiting for the food that I paid too much for to come out, that I wound up needing a to-go box. Even this I regret because now I have to eat my burnt meat and boring vegetables again. I'd hoped maybe my perception had been skewed at the restaurant, but it was just as bad the second time. Very disappointing. Do not go.

The food was excellent! Our server was amazing! The time it took our entrees to arrive was not exceptable. We ordered prime rib and the signature steak, which that evening was a portion of tenderloin. We both ordered them medium, and 44 mins later were served. Not exceptable for the price you pay. Thats something youd expect at a chain steakhouse, not a local stop thats open for four hours each day. Overall, everything tasted very good, it was on the steeper side for pricing, but youre getting a better atmosphere and quality than what youll find at the chain steakhouses.

As a vegetarian, its hard to get excited about a steakhouse, but my dining partners who partake in meat give it a fair to good. Steaks were a little tough but the service was fantastic. I left the vegetarian dish under the trust of the chef, and was presented with a huge plate of clearly delineated vegetables cooked in butter, laid out in a hilariously symmetrical pattern. It tasted fine but its only character was in the goofy presentation.

This is my first time here, did not check if I had to make a reservation..however its recommended..we arrived and was seated immediately even though it was a packed house..the salmon is perfect except for the last minute salt addition, it was too much for my husband and myself, he had the strip steak which was done perfectly except for that last minute salt addition..

My fiancé and I went in for a date night and we were not disappointed to say the least. My steak was delicious and my fiancé loved his lamb! The staff was very friendly and attentive which was much appreciated. It was a great atmosphere... We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time at Vero Prime. The porterhouse was delicious. This was the first place weve been that wasnt afraid to season a steak right. Bill was over the top with the bourbon tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
