Hadnt eaten at this Taco Bell in a while so I decided to try it. It was prime time lunch time so the parking lot was full. The inside was nice in appearance and my order was taken promptly. The girl at the front gave me my drink so I could prepare to wait. It honestly wasnt that busy. There were a lot of people there but most of them were already eating. I think there were maybe 3 orders ahead of mine with people waiting. I decided to sit and watch while I waited. The girl at the front counter was a diligent worker. She took orders and when she had a moment, she grabbed a rag and cleaned off tables. The staff in the back looked a little lean. They werent standing around though, they were also moving swiftly. I think they just needed another person. I waited over 15 minutes for my 3 taco supremes. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Its supposed to be "fast" food which may be a relative term but I dont believe this experience was. Tasty? Yes it was. I was actually contemplating eating another taco after scarfing down the first 3 in about 9 seconds due to extreme hunger from being on standby for so long but I couldnt bear the thought of waiting another 15 minutes. For me the experience was ok because I could spare the extra time but I saw some workers constantly checking the time while they were waiting (possibly concerned about getting back to work or maybe just keeping in touch with their Twitter posse). Im chalking up the slow experience due to prime time lunch. Next time Ill choose a less intensive time and possibly adjust my review. Adios!

This Taco Bell has just recently been remodeled from the time I did this review. Looks great very practical I can tell its easy to clean too. All of the seats here move even the benches at the tables move for wheelchair accessibility everywhere in the lobby and restrooms. The service was quick and friendly. The music was a little loud for me, or maybe it just wasnt my type of music, but I had to put my headphones on to eat. I saw nothing wrong with the place they did their jobs, and the food was up to Taco Bell standards , so thats why I feel they deserve the five stars.

Everybody moves at a snails pace. I ordered 2 burritos and waited 15 minutes for them to make it. They were not busy and they dont thank you when they give you your food. They practically throw it at you. All the staff (minus the guy at the register) were just rude. I wont be eating here again. Oh and the sitting area for the customers was disgusting! I dont think anybody cleaned it all day (that was the way it looked anyway) and the drink machine area smelled like someone urinated in the area.

NNoone has an i.q high enough to even answer the phone, and EVERY time i come thru they ALWAYS mess up something, they all just need to stop breathing and die it pisses me off so bad its like they do it for laughs here, all unprofessional high school kids and half the time the managers dont even do their job and if you go breakfast they say the fryers are down so they cant make potatoes yet they fry pizza shells and chalupas with no fryer. Luckily i got my experience recorded for corporate

I travel all over the country for my Job, and can tell you for certain, all Taco Bells are NOT created equal. They vary wildly from place to place in the quality of their food. Now I cant say what theyre doing different here in Vero, but it is working! I am always impressed by the great taste of their food at this location and have never gotten an item that put me off. This is comfort food from my youth done right. Vero Taco Bell ROCKS!

Manager is incompetent and cant properly count change back. If you want money stolen from you and then for them to embarrass you in a situation that has a simple solution then buy your food here. You can purchase mediocre food from many other fast food places that will not degrade and make a mockery of your hard earnings. $10 is $10, no matter who you ask.

I always receive prompt and polite service at this location. No long lines. Their food is always fresh with plenty of toppings - you definitely get your moneys worth here. Also, when new promotional items come out, this location has them ready to serve. Overall, very satisfied with this restaurant over the years.

I come here occasionally for the breakfast or when they have special items. I have never had bad service or problems with my orders. I found the restaurant to be clean and the furnishings to be modern and bright. Im not a fan of the music but others are.

Not like the pictures. Feel like they just put something together not really knowing what they were doing. They did not put any cheese inside of my cheesy bean and rice burrito which was really upsetting since the first word on the menu item is cheesy.

Every single manager here needs fired. Poor management who are rude to employees. Cashier was assaulted by a customer & handled inappropriately. Service is always slow. Orders often wrong. Difficult to get in & out of parking lot.

Will avoid all Taco Bells from now on. Last few times I felt they were very skimpy on the meat. Taco Bell no longer makes a quality product. I have been disappointed the last three times and Im done. I will take my business elsewhere.

Has to be the one of the most disgusting taco bells Ive ever been in. Smells dirty as hell and ceiling was leaking water. My food was under cooked and just thrown in the bag, food was all over the bag. Will not return to this one.

Their menu said one price and they charged me a higher price . when I asked about it I was told that " they are a franchise and they have the right to charge what they want. Wow thats nice to know !

Its a normal taco bell. Most food at taco bell tastes the same but the side of cheese you can get tastes awesome. Expect a tummy ache if you go here more than once in a 2-day span!
