This bagel shop is a joke! I placed an order with no one in the drive thru line and the parking lot was empty. It takes 8 minutes to get a bagel with butter?? The girl takes my cash as soon as I pulled up, but then goes in the back and never comes back. I thought she had forgotten about me. I had waited there so long that another girl came up and checked on my order. The girl Britney at the register was rude as could be and was not focused on customer service it appears. This place needs to be revamped with better employees and focused more on CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love the food and atmosphere . However, my experience today left me with a bad taste. The cracked egg menu was hard to read on the board and when I stated that I could not see it clearly the girl at the register just stared at me. When I approached the general manager to share my experience the gm told me to "look at the menu." Really? All this girl had to do was take 2 seconds and tell me the ingredients . Its called customer service. And maybe the sign on the board should be bigger. This place should be a step above McDonalds.

The bagels themselves are okay. Staff dont seem to pay attention on how you order things. I have asked for the bagel to not be toasted and it comes toasted. I have asked for cream cheese on the side and it comes with the cream cheese on it. NOTE: if you want extra cream cheese. It is cheaper by far to by a tub or it there.

Great Atmosphere And Friendly Interesting Employees. Generally speaking Einstein Bros bagels produces provides good food for value. However in this area this is one of two bagel shops. What makes this place unique is the friendly staff that really keep the place interesting and worth a 15 mile drive to get to.

Einstein Brothers Bagels is a successful restaurant chain because theyve come up with a menu people like and have mastered the ability of delivering their menu items in a manner that is timely. I got what I ordered quickly, from a polite sale clerk, and it was good as expected.

Such a great place to sit and relax or grab a quick bite!! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly that it is truly a treat to stop in. It has such a great atmosphere both inside and out!! The coffe and food hits the spot every time!!!

They are relatively quick, the food is good and the orders are correct. It is a bit out of our way but it is a special treat to get. I enjoy their French toast bagel sandwich with the maple spread, cheddar cheese, bacon and egg.

Walked in and none of the women working acknowledged me, had to ask for help. Never enough bagels, they run out very fast, especially of the cinnamon sugar and dont restock. Disappointing.
