On August 5 I went through. The drive through asked to add a order of chicken nuggets and the cashier said she couldnt. Add the chicken. Due to the drive through. Time then she gave me my order wrong. I paid with a 100 dollar bill and got change back. I ask for my money back because. The manager. Was extremely. Rude she ask me to return the change they gave me. So I did then she gave me back my 100 dollar. bill.. The manager did want to show that a order. Was returned so she wouldnt be asked why a customer. Cancelled a order. This manager is extremely. Rude.

Terrible service yesterday at the drive through. Its obvious that the employees are being timed at the drive through. My order was incomplete had to drive back get off my car to get the rest of my order. When I complaint to the manager she was snobby very unprofessional. Dont understand how such a big corporations has a manager with bad attitude.

The lady in the kitchen ( the blonde one ) its to rude. I always come whit my family and she always call my family " the Mexican its up " She discriminated my family and me and tired of this girl every Sunday its the same thing. The manager its very friendly and she always said " sorry " but its thats its nothing they need to fire this lady.

Worst Burger King in the history of Burger Kings. Ive lived in Homestead, FL my entire life, so I believe that I know some Burger Kings in the Miami-Dade area. My father and I have gone to this BK for years. This BK is the first time that I have EVER backed out of a drive-thru. EVER. The crappy service is the WHOPPER....

Terrible workers here specially that fat girl thats the cashier. I went in on a Saturday and they were almost closing and when they saw i wanted to order something they all gave me a stank face. They need to close this Burger King DOWN! And terrible food also. SHUT THIS BK DOWN!

Small portions of food for the price, sandwiches seems to get smaller and smaller, it doesnt taste the same as which I knew before and at this particular store it is closed in the lobby way early before 9 oclock the inside is closed

The store never seems to be open at around 6-7 in the morning even though it says they open at 6 am. Also every time you go through the drive through they will always ask you to back up and then come back

Awesome Food. Great customer service. The manager offered me a job as a shift manager. I ordered the cucka fries and they gave me an extra one for free. I definetely recommend the cucka fries.
