This has to be the crappiest Einstein Bagels Ive ever been too. They had a blonde lady, who I think was the manager, who said that they couldnt toast any of my bagels from my Bakers Dozen order and that the toasted ones needed to be on a separate order. WTF?!? When I told her that the other Einstein Bagels locations Ive been to didnt do that, she rudely said that with the backlog of orders she had, she couldnt do it. The funny thing was that there were only three people in line. The nerve! But wait, it doesnt end there...They had one sugar container and it was empty. The hazelnut coffee container was also empty and they had removed all the plastic utensils from the common area. I had to request the knives from behind the counter, where one of their employees asked me how many I wanted as if if I was requesting royal silverware made from stirling silver and encrusted with emeralds. Avoid this place like the plague. Go to the Doral reataurant. It is infinitely better.

I must say, this is the worst Einstein Bagels I even been. The one in Pembroke Pines where I used to go is amazing compared to this one. Since I moved to Miami Lakes, this is near my house and they F*** up my food 4/5 times and not only that, the manager is oblivious to client complaints, which in more infuriating. Also, they never clean the tables and the place is DIRTY and nasty. I do not recommend this place, its VERY BAD managed. Now, if I want Einstein Bagels I rather drive to Pembroke Pines, its just sad the level of bad customer service and attention to detail in Miami Lakes. One of the times, I had 5 people get their food before me after I ordered. When I spoke to the manager she said oh we forgot to put yours in, and didnt offer anything to me to make me feel better. Its just ridiculous the place is being ran like this. Please HIRE a good manager to enhance the precarious operations and make this a CLEAN place!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Quick tip: If you do eat here, stay on top of them after you pay if you want your order. And DO NOT leave until you check your order to make sure they did it properly. Consider yourself warned! Ive been coming here consistently for the last few weeks and the overall experience is horrible. Today was the last draw. I spent over 30-40 minutes waiting for one bagel sandwich. Thats just ridiculous. Ive received my dinner much faster than that at fine restaurant. To top things off, I get home to enjoy my bagel, and they got the order WRONG. How difficult is it to follow instructions on a screen?

In the last few weeks the cleanliness, prompt service, and Coffee has gone down hill. The Coffee in the containers is incorrect, the tables stay dirty, the orders come out wrong and the Management is non existent. Saturday 4-18-09 the decaf had regular coffee in it, the tables were dirty and trash all over the place. Sunday 4-19-09 the tables were dirty and trash all over the place, no napkins, regular Coffee in the Vanilla Hazelnut, told the employee at the coffee area he just ignored me. No Half & Half, super slow service! Wow dont go here for now place is awful.

Ive been to a lot of Einsteins around Dade and Broward for the last 6 years and this is still my fav! Their bagels are bigger than others (Supposedly there is a standard but I swear by this).....The employees are genuinely friendly(which is a rarity) and the managers know the regulars by name....Contrary to a previous review the place is relatively clean and the coffee is good! I definitely recommended it!

Super disappointed. I drove out of the way to come to this location hoping it would be as good as previous ratings. The bagel itself was ok but the inside was gross. The slice of cheese wasnt even melted and i asked for peppered bacon and i received the half a sliver of regular bacon. Boo! Ill stick to the regular one i go to.

Great bagels, nice people; super messy, however. Several large garbage cans populated the buildings exterior. Inside, most of the tables were littered with crumbs and napkins were scattered on the floor. To be fair, the place was packed and they seemed to be serving everyone quickly. Possibly a staffing issue?

Weve been living on the west side of Miami Lakes for quite awhile and were at this Einstein at least 3 times a week. the service is usually pretty good. the food is almost always perfect. I enjoy this location. there is always room for improvement but if you ask me they are pretty standard across the board.

Your typical Einstein Brothers Bagels outlet. The bagels are great and this place has the jalapeno cheddar bagel and their spicy jalapeno salsa cream cheese. You cant go wrong here - it hits the spot every time.
