Busy Sunday orders came out separate eggs got cold by the time patatoes got there. I mistakely spilled milk on my neice (child) she started to cry. So I had console her and wipe up her shoes and table and floor. As I politely ask for paper napkins staff members offer me a wet cloth towel . I refused because I said I dont like to use same cloth from floor to table . As other employees watch over me again another one offerd me a towel so we went to car as child was upset and both walked away from full fresh plates of food. So the rest of our group finished eating and paid the complete bill . As I brought it to the attention of hostess to let management know of experience she recalled child existing upset. I stepped back In to get purse manager starts a big storey about how is should be a great experience to dine there telling me how its bussser job to clean up spills and mess meanwhile I have a disturbed hungry kid in car with elderly oxygen , service dog dependent grandma and other upset family members waiting. Manager claims because check is closed out cant offer anything. ask if we can come back tomorrow. My husband told him we dont live in this city. So he concludes that he will talk to his cleaning team about bettering there work ethic. And said that is the only copansation he can do for us. Husband ask about refund manager said cant because some of us had eaten. Aslo grandma medical services dog was getting petted my the food servers and dog was barking back then manager said if dog barks again she would have to leave. Mind you medical certified tags were shown to him before seated. So the old lady took her dog and portable oxygen tank out not upset anyone . Husband told manager we would be leaving a review of our experience and poor assement . He then got upset and said we need to talk more about the situation. 10-6-13 Doral store

I went to this location and I must say the service was horrible. My server only came to see me to take my order and drop off my food. She never even came by to ask me about the food or give me my tab, another server brought me my tab. After I gave the other server my payment she approached me with my tab and I had to tell her I already paid. Another couple came and left because they werent even greeted after sitting for at least 15 mins. The worst part was the restaurant was not even busy!! As far as the food goes, the bacon was a too chewy for me. The pancakes were pretty good tho. If the service wasnt soo poor they prolly would have gotten 3 stars.

Just left this location after finding what looked like a pubic hair in my water. I am not easily grossed out but this was so digusting! When I told the server 2 seperate managers came by to talk to us and the second told me that "They dont play that at their location" and left without apologizing. The management handled the situation very badly. Needless to say I will not be returning, also if you find a hair in your food or drink leave it there until management sees it so they dont treat you like a liar.

Excelentes panquecas servicio lento y la presentación de la comida deja mucho que desear, en general parece que es un restaurante para niños, sin duda alguna hay mejores que este en su estilo y no es barato si creen que eso lo va a compensar

Went to the one in Kendall, Fl. (Miami suburb) and simply could not eat the food. The ham was obviously very very processed; spongy and bland. The eggs were poured out of a carton. I did not eat this garbage! The coffee was decent. I paid my bill and proceeded to go to IHOP where I got REAL fresh eggs and bacon. The food there was much better and the server was much more attentive. My bill$9.00. I HATE The Original Pancake House(in Kendall)

Great, fresh food for good prices. Went here for lunch with my fiancee and best friend. Fast service, juicy meets and fresh food! Manager is very nice, always around talking with customers, making sure their experience is a good one. I am on vacation and forgot my keys, he stayed an hour after close so our friend could drive us back to get the keys. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good plate of food! :D

I feel robbed! I ordered french toasts for my 2y.o. Clearly sating they were for him. When the check came I complained about been charged for adults french toast and juice they said "you didnt order the kids one". Wasnt it obvious?The juice was definitely a kids one, yet they charged adults price. It took eons to get the food (which was just OK but very expensive) and the waiter barely stopped by our table.

I get that you are busy and all, but dont guilt customers out of ordering the one unique thing you sell because it takes a while to cook. The Apple Pancake was the only reason I suggested the place, and every other location keeps some cooking during busy times to mitigate the long cooking time. Given the amount of time it took for the other food to arrive it really wouldnt have slowed us down anyway.

Price and food are ok, but there are some issues that should be addresed. My partners pancakes were half done. We asked for salsa and were handed one-third-filled tiny cup of salsa. When we asked for more, the server said she would charge for it. We said ok, and here comes another 1-third-filled tiny cup. Each was charged at $2. What a rip-off. Not coming back here. IHOP is way better.
