Overall a good experience this visit. I come to this location often. A few consistent issues, the dinning room temp is usually a bit too chilly, they run out of sweet tea 3 out 5 times I visit, and finally, while I enjoy the music, the volume doesnt need to prevent me from talking to the person across from me. If youre looking for traditional queso, this is not it. When competing directly with southwest quick service restaurants such as, "Moes Southwest Grill" and "Qdoba Mexican Eats," you cant just melt some cheese, add jalapenos, tomatillos, and spices, and then call it queso. Chipotle as has to step up with good queso or set themselves apart by not having it.

I almost always use the app on my phone to order. Today 06/24/2016 I did just that. I got there at the exact time, but it was not ready. I waited an extra 6 minutes while they got it ready. No big deal. As a joke I said so much for not waiting in line when I get here. The cashier laughed, and apologized. The cook right behind her however mouths off very loud. "If you dont like it go elsewhere" Ive never been more offended in my life. The manager standing no more than 3 feet away from him says absolutely nothing. I will never return to this Chipotle.

I will fight anyone on here who wrote a bad review. This chipotle in Vero actually knows how to wrap their burritos (versus the one in SLW), they dont have bones in their meat (Ive had this problem with other chipotles Ive went to) and the people who work there are amazing. Ive never had a bad experience here and Ive been going about once or twice every 2 weeks since about 2015. Im just sad they open at 10:45 and not 10 because I currently want a burrito for breakfast.

I can always count on Chipotles for great food, and I LOVE their service to our community. The food Ive had is almost always perfect (though I occasionally get a bit of those tough ends in my chicken!). Still, when it comes to donor days, like last week, when 50% of my purchase goes to my charity (Relay for Life!) I am pleased to support them by going to a restaurant I enjoy. Thanks, Chipotle! Ill be back soon!

I eat here weekly sometimes more. Ive never had a bad experience at this location. I do find that portions vary from visit to visit, but they always serve enough! I wish the $1.80 charge for guacamole was less... They also dont take large bills at the register so come in prepared. I like things on the spicy side so I prefer the Barbacoa bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, cheese, guac, and lettuce.

What a joke. Got a burrito and I opened it to find only about 2 oz. of meat. This is not the first time this has happened either. Ten years ago in Texas Chipotle was awesome. Now it is just another corporation with shareholders who want to make as much money as possible by skimping on the customer. This is my last time eating there. Go to local owned places if you want to get what you pay for.

So it is just this location or they stop serving at once. But I asked for cilantro in a little bowl, they cant give the little bowl to you ... So I ask for more after he put some in my plate and the lady told me she cant pour all the content inside this little bowl. Unbelievable!! I didnt dare to ask for lime!

Could you actually leave your tofu in chunks and not all cut up and mushy like? This is why I go to Moes because their tofu actually looks normal and delicious. Other than the mushy tofu everything else is good. Just work on that tofu!
