Ive been a loyal customer since the very beginning when Shape Lovers first started. I knew about them when they came to Miami Dade College in Downtown for a health fair, I gave it a try and even referred my colleague and she loves it too. Im impressed by their attention to detail and careful packaging (this is a plus for me) and I find this to be very refreshing and professional! Their food is always top notch quality, undoubtedly. Im even more happy that theyre menu now gives me the freedom modify, add and take away as I please, which is essentially helpful for me since Im minimizing my calorie intake. There is so much variety in Shape Lovers menus that frankly, I never get bored and they have reasonable pricing. Shape Lovers is great all around. I gave Shape Lovers four stars b/c although the customer service is good it could be better in the sense of the personnel attending to the phones. They are nice but could be a bit kinder. I dont know if its b/c theyre always busy, but I get a sense of a bit of presumptuousness, from the personnel, when I call. Maybe its just me, I dont know. But they are kind but could be a bit more genuine. Their delivery guy, however, is incredibly polite and always smiling. He is so very very polite, he seems to always be in a rush (I understand) but will stop to ask you: how is your day, happy holidays and will have a short chat with you. I pay attention to these sort of actions and details b/c it makes me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. I should actually call in to compliment his manager on behalf of him (the driver). Otherwise, I have no complaints. Shape Lovers is great!!

Estoy extremadamente complacida con la comida que ustedes me han estado enviando durante estas semanas y, quiero que conste, yo soy un poco majadera para el asunto de lo que como. Los felicito de todo corazon y espero sigan ofreciendo tan buen servicio. Ah! lo unico que no me gusta es la quinoa pero ya se que me la van a cambiar por otra cosita, gracias.
