Ive ordered food through Delivery Dudes 9 times and today was my first bad experience. Driver got lost, called me and I provided directions. Called me again for more directions with a tone in his voice like I am an inconvenience that he has to deliver to me. Once I got the food, I opened the bag and the bleu cheese was splattered all over the container and bag. Opened the container and found the restaurants receipt crumbled on top of the food! Called customer service, got a quick apology from the rep that had the same tone as the driver... I guess Ill just have to pick up my orders now.

I must say Delivery Dudes is the only place that can consistently deliver food on time. Every driver that I have come in contact with is polite with the upmost respect. Every order that I have placed so far has come within the 45min expected wait time. Every ordered item is hot and correct. I have used the other companies in the area and they always take over an hour and my food would then arrive cold. Thank you Delivery Dudes for being able to do what the other Delivery services just couldnt accomplish.

Advertise delivery as east pembroke pines but dont deliver east of palm ave. This despite their address being listed on palm ave and pembroke pines going several miles further east of that. What a disappointment.
