First time trying this place out. Went because of the good review. I would have to agree with most that it is very good food. I called a to-go order. The food was ready when I arrived. The egg roll taster very fresh. Did not seem to be a frozen egg roll. In fact I think it is up there as one of the best egg rolls Ive ever had and Im from NJ which has great chinese food. The General Tso chick was great but didnt have as much heat as I would like but still good. The Cons for me is the price which for a dinner of $8 and change seems high and thethey dont deliver. She said they are too busy to do it. So for those 2 reasons I cant give it a 5 star but at 4 stars the food is definitely the star.

This place used to be or favorite, they were nice and the wait time was 10 minutes tops. Now they are too busy, make you wait 35 minutes and let others who ordered less food be taken care of first. So if I spend less money Ill get faster service and if we spend more we wait longer and are given time container of rice thats smaller than most places provide. After the long wait youd think theyd at least provide a bit more rice and instead they tell you thats all you get. Amazing. Why is it a place gets busy and they forget those people that were loyal to them from the start. Personal service is all gone. Food is also smaller portions.

Food quality has gone down. It does not taste fresh anymore and they have gotten a little stingy with how much food they give you. Plus, these people dont know anything about customer service. They can be quite rude, rush you off the phone or to pay and they give you an attitude if you want to add something or if they give you the wrong plate. If working there stresses them out that much, maybe the should find another occupation.If these people knew how to treat their customers and werent so rude, I would give it 5 stars.

The atmosphere was small and condensed and really dirty the tables were not clean and areas were dusty and gross the service was really slow waited approximatley 30/35 minutes for take out and the rice was hard and chicken undercooked worst service ever DO NOT RECOMEND!!!

I lost my wallet here and they kept it safe for me 10/10 service. ALSO, the food here is wonderful, always. Ive tried every other chinese place in the area (Ling Express, China 1, etc.) and none have matched up to the consistency that this restaurant provides. Thanks!

Great portions, really good. I dont know what they do, but this place is 10x the quality of other surrounding restaurants and their variety of options is amazing. The only complaint I have is that they dont deliver. Probably better for our wallet that way.

Look, I am very suspicious of take out Chinese food. This place is not fancy, the signs are faded and the booths are falling apart. BUT THE FOOD IS SO GOOD! Tasty and delicious. So if you crave some Chinese take out... this is the place.

General Tsos Chicken and Roast Pork Egg Foo Young, my favorites. Generous portions and quick service I always get the lunch special and have enough left over for dinner. Restaurant itself is very basic. Most people get takeout.

I have been going here for 10 years. I have always had excellent customer service at Golden Bowl on Lithia Pinecrest. It is he best Chinese food ever! Not just great take out GREAT Chinese food.
