Sorry to say but I ordered 2 of the spicy beef combo with fried rice and some other stuff, and this food is nasty as hell! I cant believe they are in business! Worst food ever! I actually returned my order and trust me when I say I have never in my live have returned food to a restaurant before! I spend 20 dollars and got back 12 because I had ate a few bites of the fried rice! Only reason I ate a few bits is because I ordered the food at night and I couldnt return that same night because they closed right after I got my food so I had no choice! I would have taken it back if it wasnt for that and gotten something else! But the beef was mushy and tasted horrible! Their egg rolls ok but have had better but they didnt put any duck sause in the bag and that was annoying! I also ordered the wonton and that was ok so me and my husband ate that!

Ordered orange chicken for my son for dinner tonight. Asked if I could sub lo mein noodles for rice. Was told it was no problem. Asked for a total and was told $8.95. Arrived to get my order and was charged $12.90 with the explanation that the lo mein was a $2.95 upcharge. I asked why I wasnt told this when I ordered and asked for the price. I was not given an explanation or apology. I was just told if I didnt wish to pay it, I would be given rice instead. I have no problem with an upcharge, but I do when Im not told until after the fact. Customer service like that, I will never even consider patronizing them again. Easily the worst restaurant in Medina.

I ordered $14 worth of food with my debit card for delivery to the Red Roof Inn, where I work, and twenty minutes after I placed my order they called me and told me they couldnt deliver it because Red Roof is too far away for their delivery driver to travel. The distance between Hop Hing and Red Roof Inn is four and a half miles. They claim they will be removing the charges from my debit card, but well see. I have ordered from Hop Hing before and had no issues with getting it delivered to me at work, and am very displeased with the service.

Still hands down the best chinese food in the area. I just stopped in after not having been there for years after moving. Still amazing food and incredibly friendly staff/owners. Im going to have to make a point to go to Medina more often. No place in the area compares, truly.

There are many restaurants serving the Asian cuisine, but Hop Hing seems to do it best. Their hospitality, kindness, and speed of service are much better than others. Ive been going to Hop Hing now for 5+ years and will always enjoy their delicious food. Thank you so much.

"Love Hop Hing!" Ive been coming here for years and have had ZERO complaints. Best Chinese food in town, my coworkers all love hop hing as well! The family that runs the restaurant is also very friendly and caring.

They will deliver to places further than me but not my location. I know for a fact they deliver to my work which is 1 mile further than where I live. I will advise everyone at my work to stop ordering from there.
