These people were wonderful to me! I made an "in- app order very close to the end of breakfast. The store closest to me is closed so I tried to get to this one before the end of breakfast rush last weekend. When I didnt make it, the app automatically cancelled my order. So I called. The man who answered the phone (ironically James Cameron for those of you who know who that is,) he is the store manager there. He took care of my breakfast order for me and made sure that I had plenty to go with me as I had been craving those little chicken minis! LOL. Service with a smile,... and an invitation to make sure that I came back if I ever needed catering services. Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service and pleasant attitudes always, but this was above and beyond. I am happy to go back to this Chick-fil-A.

My friends and I had went through drive thru a couple days ago and had each ordered a meal. We asked for a few different sauces and for some extras, also I had asked for a medium milk shake. When we got to the window we had asked again if they had the right sauces and the women working at the window, her name tag said Lauryn. Was being very rude and had charged me for a large milkshake and told me they were out of mediums. So I asked for a small and her response was, "Well we already made it a large so." She was being very rude and gave us each one sauce. Also my friend had ordered large fries and it wasnt even halfway full. I had called three times to speak to the manager but nobody had answered the phone.

Not very friendly or helpful. Second time being at this store and not very impressed with customer service. Been to other stores and they overwhelm with great customer service not here. First time walked in waited ten minutes and left only one person at counter serving but plenty of people hanging around just chattering meanwhile line of people waiting for service very frustrated. Second time got in at 1026 am waited until 1029 ordered egg whites cashier turned around to see if breakfast still being served. REALLY!! Last time coming to this store wont ever go here terrible service no response from management either so close this place terrible bad

We love Chik fil a but weve seen a down turn in service. Today we went through the drive thru and they forgot my drink so I went into the store and got that. Then we drove away and I was going to eat my salad and had no utensils or the other things that go on the salad, so we drove back and I went in again and asked to speak with a manager and the associate tapped the manager and he turned around and said to me "Im not even punched in yet!" After a couple minutes he came back and He did give me cards for free sandwiches but that wasnt my goal . Chik fil a is known for its service and attention to details.

Experience was a freakin hoot. Lots of children running at play. Barefoot kids eating chicken nuggets. Prices are pretty good especially when they run specials. You get all kinds of different style people in here it is very diverse. The chicken deluxe meal with cheese is absolutely to die for. The thickness of the chicken is so big that it takes serious Jaws to penetrate the meats if you think thats good Im almost finished with mine and my girl completely inhaled hers hes already finished and I still have my fries and a sandwich that Im savoring. I would definitely go to this Chick-fil-A

The only real deterrent could be the lines. Its popular, and if you can, park at the nearby strip mall and walk into the restaurant. Lines inside tend to be short, while you could end up with 10+ minute waits outside during peak hours. Sometimes you can end up waiting while simply trying to park in their parking lot, which is why I recommended parking elsewhere. That said, its worth the wait. High quality food made fresh, friendly servers, and good overall atmosphere.

Caked ahead and got one price for grilled chicken club. Went to drive thru and ordered the grilled chicken club with small choc shake. Quoted price was $11.+. Got to stand to pay and he reviewed order for large choc shake vs small that i ordered. Said price was $10.+. Picked up order at window and there were fties with it that i did not order! Very frustrating! Got home and everything was ice cold!!!! Will not be back to that chic fil a!!!

Came in around 9:45 am and Ordered about 30 dollars worth of breakfast for my family. To my surprise the first 4 Count chicken mini i opened not only had a hair on it but where very cold. They did quickly replace my order only to provide me with more cold food ( including hash browns). At that point I just gave up. For the money I spent here on terrible food I could has the went and sat down at a actually restaurant. Not impressed!

This is my main go to Chick-fil-A place. This place will always meet your needs, even if youre going through the drive through and the car line wraps around the building like a snake, it never takes more than 5-10 minutes in that case. Parking can get a little tight during busy hours (11:30 am - 1:30 pm) but you can park across the street and walk over, just watch for traffic!

Ive always been surprised by this Chick-fil-A they can have I line of cars wrapped around the building and even have someone outside directing the traffic and they still get you out quickly. I dont know about fast-food employees making $15 an hour but they definitely deserve more then any McDonalds Ive ever been to. Inside is good clean and has a kids play area.

Came to this location today around 1:30, and the parking lot was so unmanageable that I drove right off (not the first time Ive done this here either.) This is a terrible location for such a busy fast food place. I wouldnt recommend this Chick fil a unless you come on off-peak hours...usually the drive through is only wrapped around the building once then.

This Chick-fil-A has excellent service, and staff members have even recalled what I normally order, very nice! The food I order is always on par, and piping hot. One time there was a mishap and I received tater-tots instead of chicken minis, they fixed it right away and let me keep the tots! Excellent customer service, I always love Chick-fil-A.

I gave up going there. More than 50% of my drive thru orders were either missing food, inaccurate, or completely the wrong order. Management always seems bothered to fix their mistakes. And dont even bother calling the owner to complain. They never return your calls. Its not worth waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru lane during lunch hour, anyway.

Go inside to get your order. They are unable to keep up with the long drive through lane. Somehow the food is very cold by the time you get it. We have been going every Friday for the past 6 weeks. Tonight we went inside and received hot fries/chicken nuggets. First time in years we have ever had cold fries from a Chick-fil-a in any location.

Good food but drive thru is long during lunch time so try to avoid going during that time unless you want to wait. Last time I went through drive thru they forgot to give me an order of chicken nuggets and had to drive back to get it. As with all fast food drive thrus make sure all of what you order is in the bag.
