My husband has ordered 4 taco salads in the past 4 dys, tonight he came home again with what we were charged extra salsa and sour cream. Again it didnt look correct, I called the store 3 times, it rang and then went to a fax. I tried again a 4th time, asked for the manager. Was then told I was speaking to him, explained my situation and that Id tried to call after my husband returned home, he told me he has been sitting in the office all this time, and the phone never rang. He told me to come up now for the extra Id been charged, to late, 20 mins later, told him Id just call his corporate office and complain. He simply said ok. This is getting ridiculous, if your going to charge someone for there extras make sure they get them, and answer your phone when they call you, and DONT BE RUDE!!!

Horrible. Erica was who I spoke to. Ive been eating taco salads since 1999. Every single time I go to this taco Bell I ask for extra meat and extra sour cream. Ive ordered the same thing my whole life. Well this will be the third time I complained about this one. Once again I order the same thing and to what surprise I get lettuce and sour cream. No extra meat. No beans. Horrible. Then when I called she went back and forth with me for 10 minutes. Like I said previously Ive been ordering the same thing for over 10 years I know what is supposed to look like and consist of.

Cashier was very rude and the whole staff is disrespectful I go to order my meal and the Cashier was very rude (Maili L ) giving me an attitude for asking to have a quick second to look at the menu and when I pull up to the window to receive my food I check my bag and noticed I was missing something and the cook comes up to the window trying to intimidate me saying he didnt make a mistake never going back here worst customer service ever I would advise everyone to go to a different location

I love Taco Bell in general, but I will always attempt to go out of my way to visit this particular location. The staff is often friendly, and my orders are typically on point. (Everyone makes a mistake every now and then, and my orders are typically complicated.) Couple that with a clean interior and fast moving drive through lines and this is the location to go to!

I am so disappointed...I have come here several times and each and every time they mess up my order. I got a frito burrito without the fritos...not to mention I wanted a bean and beef burrito with cheese and sour cream they messed that up and the male manger got snotty about it. Customer service lacking

The customer service is good. But the cooks on the line need more training. Every single time I have ordered a soft taco. The paper sticks to the soft taco shell. Almost like they put the hot soft shell taco on the paper to quickly and it cooks onto the shell. Anyway, its gross!

I ordered the family pack in Supreme Doritos of course. Got home my wife opened them up none of them was Supreme I called the store and they told me to bring it back and they would make it right, the manager was a bit rude but they did make it right and give me some extra food.

The staff is friendly but they always mess up my order, I always order the same thing a quesarito with no sour cream and it always has sour cream on it. Ill continue to eat here because its the closest one to my house but Im just disappointed

Drive thru service sucks they rush you to order and then get the order wrong still on the screen they need to learn patient and read the order back to you instead of rushing you and rolling there eyes at you

Had an entire cockroach pressed on the outside on my quesadilla. Still havent had anyone contact me even after I showed the manager the photo and request that the regional manager call me ASAP.

They were short handed and was a little slow with getting the food out but, they went over board to make it right. The manager on duty was very active making sure our meal was pleasant.
