Firstly, Love the food. BUT out of the around 10 times Ive been, 8 times Ive had to go back. I keep having my orders messed up or the wrong order altogether. When I finally DO get the right order, its nowhere near consistent. Sometimes the salad is piled high, sometimes its scanty and barely fills half the container. Today was the last straw for me. I finally got a decent sized salad and as Im eating it, I find hair. I am totally disgusted. The workers are nice but the way the food is prepared is sloppy and I cant even walk away without checking to make sure a simple thing like a salad is prepared right. Or even getting the right salad. Or having all the dressing and not having to keep going back or asking for it. OK so update to my post about the terrible food prep. After taking back the salad with the hair in it, I got some Baklava for my trouble (the workers recognize me at this point and know I come back every time just about.) So I start eating some of the Baklava, and what do you know , theres hair in that too. Im done. Im so upset because I love the food but Im never going back to this location. Im thoroughly disgusted!

This location is the worst. Manager was sitting down at the front counter and the food was inedible. I may as well have ordered just a raw pita with tzatziki sauce and onion. The chicken was so hard to chew it hurt my teeth after I found it under the gallon of sauce. The onion pieces were thick rounds on a pita that was cold and doughy could not be eaten either. The fries were soggy and stuck together. If this was the first time someone was trying this type of food, they would never eat it again. Ive met the owner of the franchise and will be passing this along to him as well.

Like the other reviewer said, they always mess up my order!! Every time! Its so disappointing because it is the only healthy place in the mall and I dont want to eat junk when I go there. I will start to just make my food at home. They messed up my food today and I asked for a new one, but their lazy service just took off what I did not want and put it in a new box. That is terrible customer service! You messed it up not me! The ladies or gentlemen in the front are polite, but the people actually preparing the food do not care at all!

The food was okay. The salad was nice and fresh but the gyro meat on top was ice cold. The girl that waited on me had a pierced nose and didnt say one word to me.. Hello, goodbye nothing. She looked mad. They were closing in 45 minutes but I thought that was not that close to be so upset for people still buying food.

This was the worst "Greek" food Ive ever had. My chicken was all fatty in my chicken pita, the pita bread was hard, and the side salad/salad that was in the pita was partially brown. Never again!
