It took almost an hour to get my order, and all I ordered was 2sundays,a water,a shake and a slushy. Wow really. I understand it was busy but come on. My ice cream had melted. On top of that my wife had to go in to get our order,that I paid for and they forgot about us. Wow got to do better guys. But the ice cream was good.

Service terrible never get order right. Rude manager when you complain. Havent been there it 6 months out of 10 times 1 time order correct. Spent a lot of money for family of 5 through the drive threw. Have to go back to get replacement food and argue to get replaced by male manager not worth it. Will never go there again.

This sonic always has a wait in the drove thru. They try to alleviate the problem by delivering the orders for the people in line out to them. The problem with this is that you may get ready to leave and then the person in front of you pulls out as well. It is a potential accident situation.

The lady that brought us our food forgot to give us our straws for our drinks and the lady also forgot to bring us our change. The wait to get our food was over 20 minutes. The fries and tots were cold. Dont go there. Its not worth the wait or the money.

So slow...every time. However, our orders have always been correct and food hot, ice cream never melted....friendly employees. I do wish that the pull up bays were a little wider. We have an F150 and we are cramped in the bay.

Ok food, horrible service. Had to wait at the window forever for our food when it was dead. The people in the back were to busy having fun rather than doing their job. Was given EXPIRED coupons for our long wait.

Got a medium Reeces cup blast. It had a very minute amount of Reeces cups on the top half. The bottom half was nothing but vanilla ice cream. What a waste of $5.00. Ill never go there again!

Service is a bit slow but its because they cook to order. Food is always hot and not cold stuff thats sat under a heat lamp for 30 minutes.
