We just left this location about 15 minutes ago after sitting in our car for 10 minutes and pressing the call button several times. We were the only car in the drive up area and there was one car in drive thru. My husband and watched a waitress inside mosey around the entire time and when we finally had enough as we were pulling away she asked over the speaker what we wanted but we were put off so we left. When we pulled around the back to leave we noticed the person operating the window was hanging outside of the window laughing and having what looked like a conversation with an old pal of his.....we have never had service like this before at this location but my husband and i are sorry so say we had to go to Mcdonalds after this experience.

My wife and I and our two children went there today because we had coupons. We always go to this one because of its location. We ask the waitress if we could use our coupons and she said she would check. She came back and said yes we can. So I proceeded to order at the table and another lady came on the speaker and told us we could not use them at one visit. So I told her we had been told we could by the waitress but that was the end of our conversation. So we left The girl inside cost you a valued customer. Dont send out coupons if the customer cant use them.

Ive given them many chances, twice the corn dogs were burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. Two different times i watched them dip their arms into the ice buckets (no scoop) to put ice in the cup. Yesterday they used a scoop and when i got home there were a total of 7 gnats in 2 cups of ice water (and i always tip at least a couple dollars on my .30 cups of ice ) very disappointing this year

Upset that every time Sonic has their half price shake promotion, something is always wrong with their shake machine at night. So therefore the machine is shut down early. Its weird that this only happens at night........

missing consistency. Food never tastes like the last time you had it. slushies are good. food is usually terrible and not edible (in my opinion). ice cream is usually a hit or miss. terrible customer service always.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude people. I WAS CUSSED AT BECAUSE I WANTED A WATER AND NOT COKE. TORY the drive thru girl told me she was not going to serve me because I wanted water with my combo.

Got their 79 cent slushie special. The slushies were good, once they got to us. Had to send my son up to get them because the carhop brought them out 3 times and went to the wrong car.

They dont break speed records but that is because all food is made to order. Great food and hard working staff. Love to eat here every now and then. I usually do take out orders.

This place use to have really nice people who work there now the place is filled with young and completely rude employees. Even the manger is a horrible person.

Food came as requested but fries were old. Waitress did take a long time to get there and get my order to me. Went a few times. Average location at best.
