Every time I have ordered a pizze, 2 times, it was the worst experience in my life. The first time they wrote the wrong phone number and address down wrong and tghey were no even close. 1.5 hours late, but they did give me coupon for a free pizza the next time. When I went to cash in on the free pizza the same terd answered the phone as the first time and it was speaking to a 6th grader, with a chaw in his mouth, high, while joking with his friends. I had to hang up after 15 minutes and I had not even told them the pizza I wanted. The first pizza was really good. Ill never call in an order though. I hope the manager reads this an kicks that kid out the door. Punk

First of all, whats with them assuming you want thin crust. Warning: if you dont want regular crust, you better specify when you order. When I asked the manager why they do so, he explained that that was the poplular choice in Columbus, Ohio (apparently where the chain comes from). Well, hate to be the one to tell you this, but, this is Charlotte, North Carolina! Not only this, but Ive given them a few chances and about half the time something was wrong with my order. Next time your over there, save yourself the trouble a walk right on over to the Bojangles thats located in the same building.

I placed an online order with Donatos for delivery, and paid with my credit card. After an hour I called the store noted on my order confirmation... they told me, "we havent received a single online order all day..." I asked if I could get my money back, and they told I would have to bring my bank statement to the store to prove I was actually charged since they didnt ever get my order. Not once did the manager, Jamie Felitiano, apologize for the problem, or offer any solution. His prime interest was to get off of the phone with me...

Im from Ohio so I was very excited to learn there was a Donatos here! I have ordered from the South Park location several times. Usually the pizza takes forever and it comes to my house cold and the extra sauces I requested never seem to make it with the pizza. I ordered from them recently and the pizza was actually hot this time and the extra sides came with it. I love Donatos and Im hoping the multiple complaints will help with the service. The food (when its hot) is always delicious though!

Our soccer team went to Donatos after a game. There were probably about 50 of us. The manager there was very helpful. We ordered about 15 pizzas and drinks. The pizza was great on all counts, both the kids and parents loved it. It was very reasonable too. I love their pepperoni pizza! Give this place a chance... it was great for us! If you need a place for a team party this is it!!

Kinda funky environment as its a mall-style feel. Not sure which category to put it in? The food was as expected (and maybe even better) and the staff was very friendly. No wait time makes it a good last-minute choice and the prices were reasonable. Only reason its a 3 star is because of where it is... which is just odd. Still worth check it out if you just need a quick bite.

Cleanliness is a major concern for me here. About 3 months ago,I ordered a lunch combo. When I got that combo back to my work I noticed debris floating around in the soda that I got from their fountain. Also,my pizza was cold,so I assume they gave me the food of a person that stood them up.

Could use a lot of work, sometimes there is one person doing all the jobs.these kids come when they want to and there not reprimanded for it.the manager comes in when she wants to,shes lazy.the place is going down hill surprised it hasnt shutdown by now.

Food is classic chain. Good, not anything special, BUT the prices were great and no wait. What makes this a 4 star vs. 3 star is the staff. Very very nice. Wish Id known about this place when I lived close by. Id of come here a lot.

Well Im from Ohio, where Donatos was born. I think its the BEST pizza ever. My absolute favorite pizza. DELICIOUS!!!!! I cannot believe that it isnt very successful here, but ask anyone from Ohio about Donatos ;)

Worst pizza Ive ever had. Cracker-thin crust. Excessively peppery, extremely salty sauce. Annoying square pieces. Stay home and eat a peanut butter sandwich before coming here.

They ran out of wings and forgot to mention it before I drove there fire the pick up. Oh and the gut making the pizzas was coughing all over the place. Easy at your own risk.
