My husband and I went here on Sunday, Aug 31 around 4:30pm. We read all of the reviews and saw that they were known for their awesome, huge, hot pretzels. That was definitely on our list to try. When we arrived, we were seated immediately, and we were a bit surprised at how small the restaurant was. There are both tables and high tops as well as outdoor seating with another bar outside. Our waitress, Chrystal, was quick to come over to talk to us. She was very knowledgable about the beers and recommend I try a few to taste before I decided on my order. She came back with different beers than she originally recommended because she said they ran out of what she suggested. Odd - this is the World of Beer after all. Then, after placing my beer order, we asked for the pretzel as a starter. She told us that they were also out of pretzels. Hmmmm, Labor Day weekend and they are out of some beer and their most popular appetizer....so, we opted for the Golden Ale Shrimp. The server told us that the dipping sauce was so good that she would "eat it with dirt!" Ok, sold on that one. They reminded us of the Bang Bang Shrimp that Bonefish serves. They were very good and had a definite kick to them. We then ordered the Steak Fritas with a side of fries and the Edamame/Chick Pea veggie side. The steak was cooked exactly to our specifications and the fries were thick cut steak fries. Both were delicious. The absolute "must try" is the Edamame/Chick Pea veggie side - served cold - and equally delicious. Then came the decadent dessert....the Chocolate Cake. OMG!!! Thick, rich, creamy, delicious...enough said. When it was time to get our check, our server really dropped the ball because she was preoccupied with her other tables and it took too long for her to present us with it. After she laid it on the table, she quickly walked away. Then, she didnt come back for about 10 minutes. WAYYYYY too long to make a customer wait. After she picked it up, we waited an equally long time for her to bring it back to us. All this because she had too many other tables to service us in a timely manner. I hope the management fixes this. So, in summary, delicious food and great beer selection. We will definitely give this place another try in hopes to get one of the pretzels. Hopefully, the service will also be better at the end of the meal.

The service is great, bartenders and wait staff are prompt and very nice. The beer selection is eh, for a world of beer. I get that this WoB is in the villages but the tap selection is pretty standard for a TGI Fridays. The bottle list is better. The period of time for which this review is about, not a single IPA was on tap due (let alone a double) to an event and had not been replaced with a new keg. I was just disappointed. I know that this will not always be the case but overall I feel the tap selection is never really that special. The atmosphere is still great, the people are great and the food is on point! Mondays they have a $5 burger special and there isnt a seat available in the whole restaurant. Very popular but if you are looking for somewhere to relax after work on a Monday, this WoB is not the place. This is not a negative review, these are just my observations and frustrations but there is nothing that would keep me away from this WoB in terms of quality despite everything that Ive described above. The place is clean, the location is prime, parking is abundant and the staff are superb.

First off we (a party of 4 ) were told sit anywhere you would like as we were going to sit down at a corner table a young lady tells us that the tables are reserved as she is putting the reservation signs out move to a high top then after ten mins she comes back over and said that the people will be sitting outside so we move again mind you their are four adults at one of the small high tops up against the front window we order drinks and appetizers drinks come out it takes another 50+ minutes to get our appetizers as we are eating them our server asks if we want anything else to eat we order 3 orders of boneless wings and an order of Frys he comes back to our table 10 minutes later to tell us they had run out so we tell him to cash us out so ten minutes goes by and he tells us that they have found some and did we want them so we go ahead and order almont an hour later they come out nobody has come back to the table to tell us what was going on bottom line not happy with the way things were handled and bad service

Food was delicious and the beer selection was extensive. My friends and I played their bingo that they have on Wednesdays which was fun. My only complaint, and its something I almost never complain about, the service was really really bad. It kind of seemed like our table was being intentionally ignored throughout the night. There were a few tables during bingo but after that was over the place cleared out and we were one of two tables inside and maybe one or two outside. We waited a long time to just get our orders in and then they got placed on our tables with no silverware or napkins or anything and it took us literally ten minutes to get them. Ill still be back for sure bc I am just hoping it was an off night for the servers. Thinking of going for their "beerunch" that they have on the weekends. Bottomless mimosas, beermosas, or bloody Marys.

Im sorry, but things did not go too well for me Wednesday April 20 at this restaurant. While I give good accounts for, water service for our dog, and pleasant disposition of our waiter, I was disappointed in my food. I ordered a cheese burger and fries with a beer. The waiter asked me two times what kind of cheese I wanted on my burger. I told him both times-American. When burger arrived it had no cheese on it , one slice of tomato and no condiments. There were no condiments on the table or offered . The fries were hot and tasty, The beer came after I was practically done eating. The hamburger was on the dry side and a little too done even though I asked medium well.

Our first night after we moved to Florida, we decided to adventure to the square and try out a restaurant. World of Beer was open and had clean outside dining, so we decided to give it a try. Its delicious!! They had a fantastic black bean burger for me and my husband had a great sausage. The service was prompt, friendly, and I appreciated being checked back on a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. I already cant wait to bring my friends and family here when they visit!

Server had no idea which different beers were sold on tap... Had to remind him 2 times that we were waiting for our appetizer which came out cold ! Ive been there several times and service as well as food is very inconsistent in quality... Very disappointed when I took out-of-town guests there who are beer connoisseurs and they just rolled their eyes at the level of surface provided... I believe my brother-in-law even reviewed on Yelp and got absolutely no response from management
