My family usually goes to a Ruby Tuesday 6-8 times per year. They have a very complete menu from burgers to seafood to pasta and chicken and ribs. I guess they have a new menu since we were last there. Which means they cut out some favorites. They dont have the apple fizz drink anymore that more daughter loved. The chicken fresco used to come with two chicken breasts. Now just one. For the same price. I enjoyed it. But was hungry after finishing everything on my plate. Not sure its a good value anymore at $12.99. My dad always gets the shrimp skewers. Supposedly jumbo shrimp. They were NOT jumbo shrimp. My daugter got the salmon. She said it was over-cooked. Actually said I cook salmon better. For $16,.99 the salmon should be cooked better than I cook it. We all enjoy their biscuits. We had to ask for them. We were told they were in the oven. We got them while eating our salads. We asked for more. We were told again they were in the oven. Never got more. Had to ask for water refills. We will go back to Ruby Tuesday because they have a varied menu. Something for everyone in my family. But they either need to reduce their prices a bit to reflect their diminishing portion sizes. Or bump the portion size back up to adequately match the price. Better give us seconds on those wonderful biscuits next time too! If youre going to have them. You better have them for us. No excuses.

Growing up, I visited Ruby Tuesday often with my mother weekly. It has been many years since Ive been so I gave this one a try. The broccoli cheddar soup has drastically changed for the worse. The broccoli was still raw and the soup was lukewarm. It did not have a good flavor and it wasnt even on the menu. On the menu they offered soup but you had to ask the waitress how much it was and what kind they had. My entree was not any better and no amount of salt and pepper got it there. They ended up making a new dish but the kitchen was slow and the rest of my party had finished eating by time my entree came out so I didnt get a chance to eat lunch.

My family likes to go here once a month. I have food intolerance to onion and garlic. Everything on the menu has onion and garlic. Every time I go I request a burger and fries with no seasoning salt. Everytime they bring my food out it has seasoning on it. I end up taking a bite, swallowing some then getting a migraine. I dont understand. Its not an unreasonable request for no seasoning. I end up eating after my family is finished with their food because they have to remake my meal. I go through this everytime... Im pretty fed up.

Meh. The rating is both about the particular location and Ruby Tuesday in general. Its pretty affordable but its really not that cheap, given the quality of the food. I am a frequent salad bar attendee at Ruby Tuesday, and this particular bar tends to be poorly stocked and not too fresh. For the money, I would probably recommend just about any other big chain. Really, I would recommend a more local chain like Winking Lizard or one of Clevelands increasingly available local options!

Theres a waitress cleaning tables, and crying. Loudly. Weeping more like it. Chicken tenders were disgusting, there Is a waiter to my right talking to a table about how much he LOVES his new dad jeans. And another by the computer talking about how much he hates his job. This is the worst service by far Ive ever seen. My waitress was suprisingly great other than that she kept asking EVERYBODY on the staff for help. I heard her ask at least 6 times , and the place is dead.

The food is okay, but thanks to the absolutely deplorable working conditions I will not be returning. I witnessed 3 different servers having what could only be described as a mental breakdown and I overhear 1 girl talking about how she had 5 minutes to eat on a double! They seem understaffed at all times which can only mean they are too concerned with their labor costs to give a single damn about their employees. I absolutely despise Ruby Tuesdays. That is all.

Will never place a to go order at this location again. Placed a to go order for 1 Chicken Bella with baked potato and steamed broccoli and 1 Avocado grilled chicken sandwich with green beans. Baked potato was uneatable, green beans were missing (replaced with more steamed broccoli), and grilled chicken was missing and replaced with some unknown patty (might of been a turkey patty). Word to the wise check everything before you leave, I should have...

The service was excellent! Food on the hand was over seasoned...we got the Double chicken & mashed potatoes...very very salty! And a family was seated near us that didnt know the restaurant stopped serving the biscuits and become very rude and chased us out of there before we could even eat our entree to even know the food was unedible.

The food was good, but the attitude of the waiters were terrible. I felt like they were even to busy to even notice I was sitting there. The salad bar was disgusting, the salad was all over the place, things were spilling over into the ice and no one seemed to care. There are FAR better Ruby Tuesdays than this one, try to avoid.

Always love eating here. Great price on great food and usually a 50% off one entrée coupon floating around. Been an older crowd when I go usually, but its quiet and a great place to have nice conversation and watch some sports at the bar if ud like. Salad bar is always a huge plus!

Love the salad bar- it really is amazing! We had great service and while there is a great selection, my burger was just greasy and not good. I would definitely return for the salad bar but I would probably either try something else on the menu or just get the salad bar itself.

Salad bar wasnt that good. Some things were missing and lettuce was browning. Bathrooms were filthy, toilets look like they havent been cleaned in a week because there were rings around the inside of the toilet. Food was ok. Waitress was really nice and attentive.

Salad bar was half empty. My mother-in-law received a rotted baked potato that was delivered to the table by a manager. The server spent more time talking to her friends at the table behind us than she did doing her job. All in all, a very disappointing time.

The service staff were good, the food on the other hand was unacceptable. Not worth the price. The salad bar used to be included with the meal. Now you have to pay $3.99 for a salad bar that is not worth it. Will not be going back in the future.

The food quality is what you would expect from a value priced family restaurant. The quality is not up to par with something like a Longhorn or Macaroni Grill, but isnt quite as bad as friendlies or fast food. Decent but not too good.

Its always freezing and you see everyone with their coats and jackets on. We complain to management and they keep telling us that it is controlled by Corporate office that is in another state. They really need to get it right.
