I would think twice about going here. Let me explain my experience tonight for taco Tuesday. So my girlfriend and I decided to try them for taco Tuesday. We walk in and sit down and was greeted by a very nice lady who was friendly and upbeat. (Best part of our visit). Then We order our drinks,appetizer, and food with our waiter. Drinks come, then food show up. We ask for some sour cream. The waiter tells us that will be an extra charge because everything is on the food (Tacos), there is no sour cream, but we did get a few pieces of shredded cheese and shredded lettuce on it. We ask the waiter when will our appetizer be brought out, he states he forgot to put it in. So now he goes and puts it in, he says I will comp the sour cream which is in a little tub which cost $2.50 each (wow). He the comps the $3.00 glass of wine instead because we question him. We order another round of drinks, he brings a glass of wine. He forgets that I ordered a beer also, I had to wave him down to reorder my beer. Ok so then mid way through my second beer he brings us our check ????? We were going to have more drinks but I guess not. Well we pay and just set the folder on the table, he then walks up and takes it. Normally it is not taken until the customer leaves but whatever I guess. But, I look up and he is standing there with the First Lady who greeted us talking/looking at it and us. Totally gave us the feeling of not being appreciated because we still gave a 15% tip. With all this being said you know what the real kicker was ...... there was maybe a total of about 15 people sitting outside at the bare area. I can tell you this was not a good experience at all. So if you decided to go be prepared for the possibility of very bad service.

Food was Excellent! Service was terrible! Place is dirty and outdated. Sat without drinks for 10 minutes. Once received food had to wait another 5 minutes for husbands pickles and my sauce that was ordered when we placed order. Waitress never came to check our food. When we were done eating she came by and asked if we wanted a refill on our lemonade we said no but some water would be nice. She took my half full glass of lemonade!!! I still wanted my lemonade. She brought our water back in same glasses our lemonade was in. (STILL STICKY ON SIDE) Then when paying she asked if it was a card, we said no then she asked if we needed change we said yes. When she brought us our change she kept coin change!!!! Hey it was only 14 cents. Its the point! Cost her a dollar out of her tip. Everyone around was complaining about how long it took to get food. One guy never got his food till the other 6 people at his table was almost done eating. OH Yeah dont take The coupon for Sunday That says By one dinner get $10.00 off second dinner. They wont honor it unless you by a Entree!! It says dinner not Entree!!! Menu doesnt specify which are Entrees. Its a shame, FOOD WAS GREAT!!! Will order again but only for pick up.

I tried the monkey bar out this week. Ive been in cape coral so long and realized I was the only one out of my group of friends that never went! So I did and I regret it 100% first of all my server, she just seemed ready to go home. You could tell she didnt want to be there and she was rushing me... Couldnt even give.me two minutes to look over the menu. I wouldve ordered more and the check wouldve made her tip better I guess she didnt care. And the place is filthy. I mean, filthy. I couldnt believe it was actually allowed to.be ran. To top it all off when I ordered a filet wellington I just got a filet so I asked to speak to a manager. My server said the.manager was busy but she was actually sitting at the bar speaking Spanish. And not saying nice things in Spanish at all.. I dont know if she thinks only Spanish people understand it. But no.. I understood very well. She was speaking rudely about a customers body shape and it was just rude. Ill never come back. A waste of money. The veggies were great though. Did one thing right!!

Waitress and food were great. A drunken patron assaulted our waitress. Security was awful. I had to escort my children and family out of the building. I waited until the police had left and returned to make sure the waitress was ok and gave her a tip. I spoke to the two owners and told them the impact on my child and complained about the lack of security. The bill had been zeroed out but the owner began to ask me to pay the check, saying that nothing like this had ever happened before. He expressed no concern for the impact of the violence on my children and said "why do you want to punish me for what happened" I put my credit card on the table and he did not take it. I left, my untouched drink on the bar. I assured him that I would never be back, would let everyone I knew about his bizarre attitude and held him responsible for poor security. Weird and violent night that was made worse by the reaction of the owners.

Went here with my wife just for a dinner and were placed at a table inside because the bar outside was crowded (usually a good sign). My wife chose the spareribs and I took a burger. The burger was okay but the ribs were just a disappointment! Served with mashed potatoes and some cooked zucchini, both very tasteless. The ribs were also tasteless but the membrane was still on it as well as a lot of small bone fragments. Then my wife noticed a peace of clear plastic which was stuck/melted to a corner of the ribs. After reporting this to the waitor the answer was; "is the plastic still there because I cant see it". The peace was clearly visible and therefore I didnt expect this reaction. Not a sorry, no excuses or even a proposal for some new ribs nothing. Sadly the worst experience weve had on our vacation in the states.

Service was good. Food not so much. Salad was fresh and that was the best thing on the table. Appetizer okay. The All-You-Can-Eat Fish and fish sandwich - horrible. The batter on the fish was thicker than the fish. The fish sandwichs breading was greasy and teeth-cracking crunchy, fish soft, almost tasted under-cooked. The place is filthy as well. The chair I was sitting in was broken. The arm of the chair kept snagging my clothes and practically fell out of the chair when I leaned to get the salt to kill the taste of the food. The fact that they call themselves a steakhouse is a joke. Im glad I didnt get steak. The table next to us complained how thin, dry and overcooked their steaks were. The place is a dive. Thats time and money we will never get back.

I thought I remembered reading that the prime rib was supposed to be excellent. I was completely unimpressed. Lots of fat and gristle. Chewy. My wife said that the steak in her salad tasted like leftover prime rib chopped up and re-cooked in fat. Shes had it before, and was looking forward to it. She barely touched it. Service was extremely slow, and forgetful. Neglected to bring drink orders more than once. We got there early. It wasnt crowded yet. We went on a Monday night for ladies night. The 3 in our party that got the special said that it was good, for 20 bucks. At least the entertainment was excellent. Well try again, but if it isnt significantly better, itll be the last time. Hoping it was just an off night.
