For the last two nights of our holiday we ate here and were pleased to find somewhere with a lovely view and access to a pier with good food, drink and live music. Unfortunately the service hugely lets the place down. Both nights we were served by the same rude waitress (wore glasses, dark hair.. unfortunately she didnt once mention her name) who was quick to tell us we couldnt sit here when we moved (6 of us) from a four seater table to a 6 seater when it became available. I appreciate different servers look after different areas but we moved to have more space and shouldnt be told we cant sit there any conflict over tables shoukd be resolved between staff away from customers. Second night started off well but we waited well over 20 minutes for our bill and it finally arrived after having to ask for it again. It turns out the system was down which is understandable but not once during our lengthy wait did any staff explain that to us. The same waitress as the night before then brought us the bill and was very rude to us when she could sense we were disappointed. Im sorry what?! Ive been nice to you tonight I believe she said as she began her rude rant before walking off. By this point just wanted to leave and in no mood to speak to management as we could see other tables also having similar issues with rude staff. A lot of our party have and still do work with the general public so are well aware there are good days and bad days but the overall attitude we received was shocking and not representative of the otherwise great service America is known for. When things go wrong or situations get stressful this particular waitress does not cope well and ends up being rude to customers. Very very disappointing.

Went there for the third time, it seems to go down hill more and more at every visit. They live up to too big for their britches. My party of 6 walked in and were trying to find a table, unsusessfuly, and not one person said a word to is, as we left the waitresses made jokes about how thank god we were leaving we were just in the way anyways.... So ungodly rude and unprofessional. Then we waited out a table in the sand where a waitress came after about 15 minutes and was rude from the minute she walked out. It was about 7:15, the people sitting there before ate and the waitress rudly asks if we wanted anything or were just sitting here..... We asked for menus and she said they would only serve us drinks, no food before sunset.... What kind of rule is this as you take the dishes from the people at the table before us. What a joke. We did ask for drink menus, as we left 20 minutes later she was just coming back with the menus. Thank you for the waste of 45 minutes and the rude and complete lack of service. Please teach your staff some manors, I used to love this place and now I Dont think I will ever come back, the view is not even close to worth the horrible service. One star is too much!

Im a huge fan of their food to began with and go to the boat house quite often and coming from a server I usually give servers the benefit of the doubt but coming from a server like I said it was horribly served and has been from the beganing but tonight was ridiculous,first off walked in and sat my self like always and says too do,wasnt busy one bit literally 15 to 20 people and mainly people sitting at the bottom bar cause top wasnt open probably about 6-8 servers with a women manager sitting with them at the server station chatting up while they started at us not offering us any service,so not wanting to be the complaining person I am not I went to the bar cause I seen 2 bartenders behind bar looking like they could serve someone but nope not service from them also..good food,great view,horrible service and alcoholic drinks.

The service from 1 to 10 was an 11!! The quality of the food was excellent. The portions are very....very small. I got the childrens fish fingers and fruit cup for my 3 year old which was 7 dollars and she was still hungry. It was as if she only got half of her meal. I got the corned beef sandwich, told all my friends to get it, because I told them how good it was. At 13 dollars The sandwich would maybe be enough for my slender 8 year old daughter. There was very little meet on all of our sandwiches compared to our previous visit, it was not enough to fill me, or any one else. Too bad. I bragged about this place to all my friends and renters. Though we still go here, I would recommend asking what the portions are......Its a beautiful location...dont want to leave that out!!

Ein absolutes Muss für jeden Cape Coral Besuch Einfach unbeschreiblich schön, geniale Lage und traumhafte Aussicht. Das Essen ist super, Preis Leistung passt hier einfach. Bedienung sehr nett freundlich und aufmerksam. Unbedingt einen Platz auswählen mit Blick auf den River. Noch ein Tipp nehmt euch zum Schluss einen Cocktail to go mit und setzt euch zum Sonnenuntergang in den Sand.

It was ok, until I didnt like the"crab" cakes that had no crab. The manager offered nothing in return except said sorry "she makes them the same way everyday" sorry you didnt like it. he did not offer me something else or desert or credit my food I couldnt eat. I went away Hungry and wont be going back. WHO DOES THAT!? Wow. Where is the professionalism ? Think this place is more catering to people that just want to drink. Not family friendly, the manager I am guessing either had too much to drink or just had no customer service skills. I could careless about my 11 $ I paid. It was more about the way he Handled it with a chip on his shoulder and leaving me unsatisfied No I wouldnt recommend this place.

I really liked this place! Was referred here by a coworker and was very pleased with the recommendation. It was very relaxed, drinks were good & the food was delicious, the Caribbean chicken sandwich with mango salsa was very filling and full of flavor! The turkey, avacado panini was really tasty, too! The service was outstanding! Everyone was super friendly and attentive. Loved the live music! I took my guests here before their flight and they said they couldnt wait to come back. My only suggestion would be to maybe consider adding a tequila sunrise to the morning happy hour - I do love my tequila! Cant wait to go back....my new favorite spot!

Went there as a guest to someone that had been there previously. Seems to me they are more centered around alcoholic beverages and providing a bar atmosphere than they are with serving food. ~65% of the menu was alcoholic drinks. There was very limited seafood options on the menu. The vast majority of the food on the menu was appetizers. We ordered _______ corn chowder with our meal and the waitress brought out a completely different soup that was loaded with potatoes and had a tiny bit of the seafood feature in it and claimed the chef put on the wrong soup and this was all the soup they had. Will not go back except for the scenery.
