My family recently moved to Westlake and was looking to try the restaurants in the area. Drove past the rusty Barrel on the way to the gas station and noticed some people coming out with bags. So we stopped in and ordered the onion rings, potato skins, buffalo chicken wrap, and grilled cheese sandwich to go. The onion rings delicious and we ate them all. The potato skins were huge. As for the buffalo chicken wrap and the grilled cheese sandwich they didnt make it. Next time I am going to try the meatball sub and my wife is going to try their chicken wings. We will let you know how it goes.

The rusty barrel is a well run establishments. The staff works hard, but they are always smiling, the interior is clean and cared for. The staff works together, helps each other, supports each other. The food was hot and flavorful. My wife and i had perch and A.Y.C.E. fish fry. Not "Haunt Cuisine" but a good honest meal and a good price. very tasty. Karen is an excellent server; Gracious and attentive. We ask for her each time we visit. We will come back again and agian

Came here for the NLCS game 6, it wasnt on...and this is claimed to be a sports bar! Ordered the wings and a buffalo chicken wrap. The food was delivered to the wrong table. A piece of hair on the greasy dry bony wings, and the wrap had the wrong ingredients and the kitchen had to remake it. Also the wrap was swimming in sauce. The staff was friendly but the service is borderline acceptable.

A hometowny throwback with delicious food in the upscale westlake... Its nice to be a local here and be amongst your fellow westlakers. A hole in the wall bar that only locals seem to know about and Im more than fine with that! Highly recommend the French onion soup and any burger on their menu is really a delicious burger!

Ive found the garlic parm wings to be the best in the area. Wings are on the crispy side without being too greasy. Atmosphere is intimate and you get the sense that many people have adopted Rusty Barrel to be their "home bar". We go here pretty often, especially on Wednesday for wing night.

Great staff, excellent food, cozy atmosphere! We have become regulars because of the great tasting food. The cook makes some very tasty & interesting dishes. The rewards program is super and makes it easy to come back again and again to try new dishes.

Old neighbor dive bar, but with a fresh coat of paint and better food. Beer selection has been stepped up and the menu is a delicious, delicious heart attack waiting to happen. Glad this old haunt has cleaned up a bit, and is now a great place to hang out!
