If you are in any way in a hurry, do not go here. Every single time I go there theres a problem. Every single time. Especially when in a hurry. I literally started keeping track in the hopes that it was just my imagination, but nope. Parking is a horror, pretty much no matter what time of day you try to go. Sale signs not posted or left up after the sale is over. Dont carry the specific flavors I use from various products, even though other Publixs do. Blocking aisles or entire corners of the store with product being put out. And the registers. Oh, the registers. If it isnt someone writing a check or using food stamps (which always for some reason takes 3-10 minutes), the registers are frozen up or not working. Multiple times. And when you have such a problem, do they take you to another register and open it up for you as a way of apologizing for the issue and acknowledging the fact that you already waited in a line to be served? No, they take you to the back of another line and say "sorry" and walk away. "Why dont you just go to another Publix if you hate it so much?" Because every other Publix (which I make sure to visit if Im in that direction headed home) is at least 15-20 minutes away from my house through often-congested roadways, and this one is literally 2 minutes away. Will I be back here in the future? Unfortunately, as necessity dictates. Will there be a problem when I come? Yes. I am sure there will be.

love everything about this publix but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD NEVER ORDER A SUB ONLINE. GUARANTEED IT WILL BE WRONG. ive given them many chances, 5 out of 7 subs have been made incorrectly and not to mention i had to wait around for 20 minutes after the time one of the subs was supposed to be made. today was the straw that broke the camels back, i placed my order 45 mins in advance, brought it home and it was like the person who made the sub couldnt read the order.. paid for extra bacon, no bacon. im extremely allergic to mustard, the sub was dripping with it. i literally could not eat it. i took it back and they gladly refunded my money, which again, is never a problem. the staff is always very friendly, especially this one cashier clifford, hes always glad to ring you up and asks about how my family is doing. the entire reason i order my subs online is because there is ALWAYS a line at the sub counter with no line markers so people are just kind of huddled around, blocking the isle, not caring who is next and skipping in "line".. i dont know. its been like this ever since they renovated.. it sucks to say the least. the sub counter needs new management.

No paper bags! Again. Theres always some excuse. Its come to the point where I only shop at Publix when I have to. Winn-Dixie always has paper bags, so I do most of my shopping there. Another complaint: Publix does not offer smaller packages of ground chuck or ground round. Everything is 1 1/2 pounds and up. Im single and I rarely need more than a half-pound. Over the past 15 years, Ive thrown out hundreds of pounds of ground beef that I wasnt able to use. Why they cant display smaller packages is beyond me. At Publix, shopping isnt a pleasure but a pain in the ass.

From when I walked in and the lady at the customer service counter got me the monthly coupon magazine to the young man that was stocking the eggs stopping to go in the back and see if they had any more of the flavor of the yogurt I like and that was on sale which the didnt to checking out and finding out that they gave me the wrong coupon magazine and the manager still honoring the one I wanted to use even though it wasnt until next month. I think this was one of my best experiences I have had there. I was there at 530pm on Sunday, July 30, 2017.

This is the worst publix Ive ever been to. The staff was rude and after waiting an hour for my sanwhich that I called in about 45 minutes before I arrived I was screamed and sworn at by the people working in the deli. Please also keep in mind I was there with my two small children a 3 and 9yr old. I only began using this publix since I moved to the area and the manage on duty had no control of her staff. Very sad!

The worst publix. Old food and terrible service. God forbid you order subs online. I get there to pick up my subs at 8:15 and my pickup time was 8:10pm, they didnt even year the ticket from the machine yet. I was one of 2 people in line. They tried to tell me it came out late. Ok lady because the process isnt automated (sarcasm). Worst publix. Sad that this is my neighborhood publix.

This location is a pleasant place to shop. Always a quick shop experience, never long lines to check out even the pharmacy is quick. I switched to Publix pharmacy for a try at better service and I can say Im happy I made the switch. The only thing I dont like is going in to order a sub, the lines are terrible in that department so I place an online order to avoid the headache.

What makes this Publix so nice is the staff. Susan, the store manager is always extremely pleasant and I think it feeds off to the rest of her staff. This Publix isnt the biggest so it doesnt have the widest selection, but Id still rather drive out of my way than deal with the attitude of the staff at the downtown Publix. Great job Susan, the other managers, and staff.

Though I like the store and the staff generally. My problem with the store is the fresh sub area. What is the point in ordering online if when you arrive at the specified time you have to wait to have it made? In fact it is faster to wait in line than pre-order. That makes zero sense. 6 times now this has happened and they have yet to resolve it..... #2016 goals

I ordered online for a couple of subs, but ended up waiting 50 minutes for them. I shop here all the time and this was the first time this has happened and I understand that stuff happens. They give me a refund on the subs and make things right. I like shop here because its clean and its well organized. One bad experience wont t tarnish my shopping experience.

Worst Publix. Parking is horrible. Slow cashiers. No one is helpful. Theres always a line. Would rather go to Winn-Dixie one light east and go in an out really fast and its further down. Needs a front end manager desperately. Needs new parking somewhere....downtown Publix had a great garage on a small lot

Not the greatest publix, this store is always out of bakery bread, they have only a few choices when they do have. Fruits and veggies are limited too. They never have limes.The store itself looks like it needs a good scrubbing. No rawhide/toys for my dog. I usually go to another store.

I love publix but this specific one is ALWAYS slow with everything.. Got a cake made, had to wait another hour after my pick up time and the cake was ugly.. their sub lines are always long and have the slowest person making subs Id rather go across town the other publix than come here
