Im a WD employee and the way the people at this store act is definitely not up to company standards. Im surprised that it is even still open, considering that the employees all seem as if they dont want to even work there. People at my store would never act this way. Such a disappointment.

Decent Quality. Thats being generous. Long wait lines during peak hours. Staging standards may not be the best as in some frozen items are barely frozen in their middle-open top coolers. It gets there job done if needing to shop but dont expect the comfort and courtesies of Publix.

Prices too high!! I couldnt believe it $3.39 for a loaf of bread. Thats more than a gallon a gas..and that wasnt even wheat bread. Wont be shopping here. Only went here for my mom...RIP OFF. Only had 2 registers open. Its Saturday, at 1145am. Checked out at Customer Service desk.

Very poor service (even by Winn-Dixie standards) and always long, slow lines. Employees are like zombies - basically worthless. Customer service counter is regularly 10 people deep. Managment doesnt care and are even worse than regular employees. Consistently a bad experience.

They are never open at 6am like the hours on the door say. Someone has posted a paper note stating the hours are 7am-11pm. They already have high prices, what next?! Dont ever have enough staff for their busy hours and days. (They NEVER have more than two checkout lanes open.)

Called asking for conch and was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. Nevermind! Shopping here is convenient but the customer service is subpar at best. Shop here because the prices are okay but not if customer service is a priority. Meh!
