Dirtiest bathrooms of any Publix hands down. I have visited many Publix in the Tampa area. Publix is my favorite store to shop in. As part of my job I travel a lot. I may visit this store 5 times in one week. The bathrooms are always filthy and management has no problem with that. I complained to two different people including the manager and nothing has changed. If the bathrooms are that dirty for the public to see what does the rest of the store look like that we cant see? All of the other Publix stores that I visit usually have someone clean the bathroom multiple times a day. Not this one!

RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC is what comes in mind after what happened to my wife over by assistant store manager MARC or I shouldve said HOUSE OWNER as he told her when he asked to GET OUT OF F******** HOUSE and followed her outside yelling to not come back in ..and even went to call the cops and put a trespass on her . ALL THIS BECAUSE she want to complain to him about the bread not being ready week in week out for a weekly order going back 4 months . PUTTING HIS HANDS ON HER TO KICK HER OUR IS WHAT YOU MAY GO THROUGH TOO IF YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER LIKE MARC ( HOMEOWNER ) .

This by far is the nastiest Publix Ive been to. The parking lot has trash everywhere. The inside was dirty. Scuff marks on the floor, a big spill by the deli and no one around. Shelves out of stuff. Associates walking by and never get greeted as they pass by. The guy in the deli was very rude....doesnt ask may I help you, instead he asks...do u know what u want. Ive been a Publix shopper for years and that is not the Publix way! This store definitely needs new management, because the other stores are not like this. I was disgusted and will not shop at this store again!!!!!

If there was an option to give them no stars I would. The staff is rude except the store manager he was nice after getting the run around with a sandwich ring from the deli. I witnessed one of the deli staff coughing on the meat cutter. They didnt make my ring so they ended up lying and telling me they made it wrong and giving me someone elses. Rude "women" behind the counter at the deli stating "well things are different on this side of town". Why because I look like Im rich from the suburbs and youre nasty?!? NEVER EVER going back to this publix EVER!!!!!!!

Save yourself the frustration, go to the publix down the road. This locations motto seems to be "if theres a way to annoy you, well find it!" Every time I have gone here, I have left feeling annoyed, particularly by the deli. They are incredibly, painfully slow. They rarely do something without a mistake. The cashiers are hit or miss, usually miss. They tend to be unfriendly, and unhelpful. If a price is marked differently, they essentially tell you "too bad." This location feels more like going to expensive Walmart, not the friendly Publix Im used to.

The customer service desk is generally rude and the lady who does the cooking presentations is generally rude. Doesnt have a happy fun personality. She seems like she is miserAble doing her job.she looks mad all the time today she had some type of juice she look so mean I was scared to go up to her booth.but other than that I love publix you can find good deals.bur customer service needs to improve asap.

Usually love me some publix. This one is ridiculous. If youre gettin something from the deli, bring a book or a gameboy because youre gonna be standing there awhile. I even ordered my sammich online and i still got to stand there waiting 15 min after it was supposed to be done. And the bathrooms look like a blind 4 year old did his best in there. Yall need to handle this bullsheeit.

Subs taste good, but they never get my order correct. If youre going to order from this publix, do it in person. I order my subs online so I can pick them up during my lunch hour, and they consistently forget to add lettuce, or tomatoes. The publix up the road (the one at terrace ridge plaza) is much better about getting your order correct.

Was very disappointed, a grandmother with a baby in the cart and also a two-year-old with me checked out no one helped me to the car no one even offered even though I had groceries a infant and a toddler and also a back brace Im use to better customer service at Publix I guess Ill see what happens next time.

Just called to see if the had turkey legs (2 days before Thanksgiving) and the gentleman in the meat department was helpful and polite! Told me they didnt have any at this time but he expected a delivery today and I could check back after noon. And said, "have a good day!" Love my Publix!

Great selection of quality food products. One of the best things about Florida is the subs and fried chicken from Publix. That fried chicken is azing and the Ultimate sub is the bomb. Publix is expensive for grocery shopping but the subs and fried chicken are to die for.

I like this Publix. it feeds a mix of wealthy Temple Terrace folks and people from Tampa that have to bus there. Always good people working there, though very crowded. I love their subs but the line is always like a 20 minute wait, making it impossible. Thats just sad.

I come here every other day and Ive been coming here for 15yrs. I absolutely love the subs here, theyre better than Subway. The deli is great. Although their remodeling is a little confusing, I dont have a hard time finding anything. Great deals and customer service.

H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E!!!! I ordered a sandwich online and had to wait an hour for it to be made!!! The manager told me my order receipt wasnt even printed. Good thing I had my confirmation email to prove that it was supposed to been made!!

This is my favorite Publix theres a little one near me off of Nebraska but this stores always helpful no matter how crowded it is they speak to you and offer assistance, knowledgeable and treat you like you matter I love it
