Im not one to complain about customer service because I know how hard of a job it is and you can have bad days for sure thats human however when you go out of the way to make me feel like crap thats when my patience reaches zero. I was having a very stressed day and thought I would treat myself...I accidentally dropped my card in between the seats of my car before the drive through. I explained to the cashier at the window that Ill pay inside and he just gave me a dirty look. It took me less than thirty seconds to get the card and go inside. I waited for my turn of course then these people cut in front of me and the cashier didnt even care. At that point I just left. Ill never go to that Starbucks for awhile... Its worthwhile to go to the Countryside or Curlew and 19 Starbucks so you can avoid the awful customer service.

For g*ds sake, stop hiring dumb people who dont know what the hell theyre doing, went there earlier today and ordered a iced macchiato, when I went to get it it was dripping a lot the minute I picked it up, had to dry it with a napkin and of course made a dirty look at the lady who made it, I was in a hurry so didnt have time to ask her to make a new one, but I honestly should have. Stop hiring random/dumb/rude people. Seriously. Im also still upset that whenever I called they say theres no current openings. Bull!! I see new people there almost all the time. So going to avoid coming back to this location.

Drinks are good but the drive thought line is a bit crazy! You could wait 20 minutes in there. They should really rebuild it so that they could bring your order out to you and you could leave the line if its going to be a 20 minute thing. I get waiting for drinks, they make everyone fresh. BUT if someone orders a bunch of stuff they need to ask them to pull though to keep the line moving. Go inside inless you can see there is no line, Ive been dumb enough to get stuck in it 3 times. I wont do it again.

Im usually a huge Starbucks fan and will let small errors go each time but every time Im at this location theres another reason for me to stop going. Ive waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with only two people in front of me. Ive waited 7-10 when Im the only one in line. Ive gotten the wrong order too many times to count and Im not even that impressed with the friendliness of the workers. This is one Starbucks location Ill be avoiding from now on- its just too bad the location is so so perfect :(

Without fail. Everytime I come here there is ALWAYS something on the menu that I order that they are "out of." Great customer service but horrible at keeping ingredients stocked. It has gotten to the point where I always have a "backup" order because 90% of the time I cant get what I want. Its extremely annoying. Please fix this. Great location, great people, clean and organized..... just cant keep ingredients stocked?

The WORST Starbucks in the area! The employees are rude,slow and make your drink wrong!! If you complain about them making the drink wrong,they get an attitude,especially the older woman employee with the black/grey hair....I agree with the other reviews...I love Starbucks(JUST NOT THIS ONE)..we are snowbirds and up North they are run SO much better than in the Dunedin area!

No organization what so ever the employees ignore you when you try to get their attention. I Put in my order online at 730 and my coffee wasnt ready until 755. The point of online order is to make it easier. I love Starbucks ive been going for years everyday but for some reason this store can not get it right.

I was left waiting with nobody to help me and apparently nobody was working with the clients. I was the only one in line. Then three more people got behind me. One person waited for a minute and left. I was waiting for another few minutes and I left as well

MANAGEMENT: Service is great but you NEVER have ham and cheese foldovers, so I always go without and Im 22 weeks pregnant and this is my one craving!!! Help a sister out and increase your dang order!!!
