My drink is wrong nearly every time I go to this location. I have even gone to the extent of emailing the store manager of the issues. Corey & Alicia are always very apologetic and fix my drinks. I greatly appreciate their kindness yet it doesnt change the fact that its highly annoying to consistently get the wrong drink when you order it clearly, its repeated correctly, yet what they hand you isnt right. Im paying you $5 or more for a drink that is not complicated. Im in the drive-thru because Im obviously going somewhere. I dont think its my responsibility to sit there, taste my drink in front of you just to make sure its what I ordered. At this point, its worth driving 10 minutes out of the way to go to Kahwa coffee because my drink is never wrong and tastes a hell of a lot better. I can walk to your Starbucks and have spent a lot of money there-- its too bad I wont have the convenience of going here anymore.

I am a self proclaimed Starbucks aficionado. I was even a barista back in undergrad. I frequent all of the Starbucks locations within a 20 mile radius of my work. This is by far one of the best. The manager, Wes is a great asset to this location. He brings a personal quality to the experience and does a great job of motivating the team members. Great location to grab a cup of coffee. Certainly sets the bar for other Starbucks locations. Highly recommend!

Come a couple times a week on my way to work usually get the same thing, always no whip cream, and rarely comes out right, so for when my manager has me do her coffee runs and she always get the same thing, had to go back twice in one day because got the wrong coffee, wasnt till third time and her calling till they got it right, but always rang up on the receipt correct

Whoever the older blonde woman is who was working the drive thru on the morning of 4/5/17 is a total hag and very rude. Not what im used to at this location. Everyone else has been very pleasant, but this woman put me in such a bad mood becasue of how she interacted with me.

They promote to save the planet, by selling their cups, yet they dont give away the cups. They dont really care about saving the planet. They care more about making money and use peoples beliefs to profit from them. The coffee was ok, but their chocolate muffin was the best.

Yesterday was my first time at the store. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The store is very clean, the wait time was very quick. The only problem I have with this store, is there parking could be better. I will be very happy to visit the store again in the future.

I love the Starbucks on Walsingham period all the employees treat me better than I probably deserve. They all know me by name and make my drink just the way I like it. I think one of the barista girls should go on a date with me maybe Ill ask her one day LOL

I was there today and I there was a long line. I didnt know what the problem was but I wasnt in a hurry so I decided to wait. When it was my turn the barista said the coffee was on the house for the long wait. Thats pretty customer friendly I think.

This is my main Starbucks. The drinks are fairly consistent. They can have a line during busy times but such is life. Staff is always friendly and professional. They do run out of things sometimes but otherwise a great Starbucks.
