I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Resh. She was very friendly and very helpful. I was able to sample several flavors with some great recommendations from Resh. I ended up getting two bottles of Twist brand juice which I understand is their house brand. There was a special and I got two 30ml bottles for $25. There is also a coffee and tea bar that I look forward to trying next time Im in. A gentleman showed me some drip tips and he was very friendly. I believe he was an owner of manager. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Best vape shop in the Tampa area by far. They treat all of their customers very well and take time to get to know the regulars. Ive been going to this shop since September and Sam and the guys are great. Cafe portion is on point and their selection of mods, atomizers, and liquid is top notch and very up to date. They do cater to the higher end of the spectrum; dont go in here expecting some garbage devices and juices from China. A good place to hang out and get some homework done. Highly recommended.

On the internet it says open at 9am. I waited there til 10am and they never opened. 5 or 6 customers pulled up, looked inside and drove away while I was waiting. The last guy pointed me to a Vape shop open on Fowler. So I went there instead. Its very unprofessional to not open on time. Not only that but the store hours werent even posted on the front of the store so Im guessing this gives them the excuse to open whenever they please. Im never going back.

Called and sales guy had no idea what Hangsen was (#1 eliquid producer on earth by a huge margin) and barely recognized the flavor name RY4 (#1 flavor on this particular planet). So Id dare say if you are going there expecting a knowledgeable sales staff, youll be disappointed. Btw, Id estimate that 70% of the product on your shelves is rebranded Hangsen. Maybe the coffee is good, but I seriously doubt that.

Excellent Customer service, I felt like family after leaving here. The guys at Twist have their business idea PERFECTED. The Kava, Coffee, and Tea bar are a great touch and the guys there actually make a darn good cup of coffee! Prices on most of the juices are just a hair higher than most places, however they carry many juices that are up and coming and have a GREAT selection!

Easily my favorite vape and coffee shop in Tampa. The customer service is excellent -- they treat you like family and make you feel right at home. As someone who was completely new to vaping, the staff were helpful and welcoming. Huge selection of vapes and liquids. Really chill spot to get coffee and tea. Youve gotta try the kratom or kava if you havent before!

Great place! The establishment has a mixed crowd with what they offer (e-cigs, caffe, hookah). The personnel are very accommodating with anything you ask about. To top it all off, they wont "twist" your arm when it comes to sales! Coming from the vape scene in VA, I vouch for Twist Vapor. They are definitely a vape shop above most and is a certified lounge.

Well to be honest I wasnt expecting anything amazing especially since I dont vape, but it was so amazing when I walked in there. Simple put it was the greatest experience in my life. By far the best vape store put there in the world. I am now a diligent vapor and I only purchase from here. Twist vapor for life. Ask for Sam by the way hes quality

Twist has a huge selection and many samples of just about anything you may want to try before you buy. The staff is very knowledgeable and they guide you through any questions you may have from juice, to your mod, coils and batteries. Beyond all that its just a really nice place to hang out and feel welcome. Highly recommend twist vapor

By far the best vape store Ive ever been to! The staff is so patient, knowledgeable, polite, and enthusiastic. They have a huge selection on juice and you can even get a tea or coffee while you sit at the bar and vape. Im extremely picky but I have found the best vape store yet! My favorite vape shop I live like 2 minutes from here the best selection of products in Tampa . They have crepes, kratom, coffee bar with lattes and smoothies. Amazing shop very friendly staff Sam is the best shop manager Ive ever seen very straight forward and will help you out as best he can .

Poor customer service, dude walked away when i was going to ask to try a flavor. also i bought a mod while i was there because they had a better price than another local smoke shop and the batteries they gave me with it were too low powered for what the mod demanded.

The guys that work there are great,price on juice is great BUT every mod i have purchased from there stopped working in less than 60 days.rx 200fail/esspresso75fail/ imp5 fail/k box mini...All 4 purchased since feb 2016.the shop is great,equipment horrible!!!!

This little place is awsome. My secret study spot. The coffee is really good, they know what theyre doing and they grind the beans fresh for every cup. I dont vape but I like to come here and chill. Very relaxed atmosphere, great place to study.

You can not exactly blame the staff for my bad experience, but then again you can. The staff might be alright but the people they let "hang-out" in there are rude, obnoxious, and the reason I will not go back.

You have to pay to sample a flavor before you buy? Thats crazy. If I am about to put down 50-60$ for a new flavor I want to make sure I am going to like it. This cheap mindset turned me off for good.
