Apparently they are doing their own reviews because this place definitely deserves no more than 2 stars... terrible place for coffee. First off the coffee is decent at best. Its not that great. Second, the customer service usually is terrible. Nobody smiles, nobody says Thank you, and they all usually seem in a bad mood. (I know because I see them a lot as I also work in the mall). Todays visit will be my last. It took me 15 minutes to get a coffee. Then They screwed up a 20oz hazelnut coffee TWICE! Then after fixing it the second time, they didnt put the lid on all the way. I dripped hot coffee all down my nice dress pants leg. Not to mention the small roach I seen crawling on their coffee machine as I left. Never again... dont waste your time or money....

Great place! Customer service is the best! The place is super clean and the coffee is just perfect! I come to the mall just to sit in this corner of heaven! Great taste in music :)
