Recently my wife and I stopped by the store shopping for groceries and tried to use the coupon that was advertised in the paper, our grocery was about $90,when tried to use the coupon the cashier informed us that we can use one of the coupons, I tried to explain that we can split the groceries and use the coupon but she insisted that we can not , I asked for the manger "extremely rude and none cooperative individual" and she looked at the coupon and told us the coupon is only good for family and one coupon per family and was not in anyway sincere or cooperative I kept asking her repeatedly whether or not "this coupon"is per customer or family and she keep telling us it is per family and she cant not do anything and that is their policy ,unfortunately I did not have my glasses and end up leaving our groceries. It gets more interesting because I went to another store which I regularly shop(another Publix store1920 County road 581 manger "David Jones" and explained about how much I am spending and how many coupons I have and what can be done , they very politely explained to me that it can be done because the coupon is per customer. I went back to the same store and tried to talk to the store manager but she was extremely rude and noncooperation,

I love how clean this grocery store is. Its definitely more expensive than other stores though, which is the only downfall. Its located in a good area. Easy to get to. Employees have been nice when weve gone. They have diet "sweet" tea that is the next best thing to not drinking regular. Their deli is a personal favorite too! No reason to hit up Subway when you get amazing sandwiches here.

Usually LOVE Publix but my cashier was so distracted by another customer they saw in passing that they forgot to put my chicken in the bag. I didnt realize until I got all the way home. They also never gave me a receipt so I couldnt get it "refunded". Ended up going to the Publix a little closer to me and it was a lot better

Great service, was asked if I needed assistance, and cashiers were prepared, and focused. Very clean and recovered. Bakery, deli, and meat departments all clean and well presented. Fish department was clean, neat, and virtually odorless. While this location is slightly out of my way, it will now be the one I go to.

Excellent service, everyone is always courteous. Seems to be the general Publix model, but they do live up to it. Never had a problem here, though during peak hours, getting into the plaza can be daunting and slow since the traffic pattern into and out of the plaza is not very organized...

We love lemons and were very disappointed with the Lemon Fusion Mini Cake that I bought for my husbands birthday. The yellow cake was moist with fluffy yellow frosting but had NO LEMON flavor at all just a buttery taste. Regards, Cynthia S

My wife now shops at Winn Dixie because Publix cut down their meat selection I scoffed at her but when I went to buy some steaks I saw she was correct. The meat counter is now a fraction of what it used to be and is replaced with chicken.
