I usually never post any negative reviews espiacally about a place I usually enjoy coming to. There online system is one of the worst I have ever used. In the 5 times I have ordered online I had issues 3 times. Today my order gets sent to another store 19 miles from my home. The online store ask many times when you set up a account if you would like to select a home store. I selected the store 3 miles away from my home and have never ordered online from another location. The part of this whole ordeal that is aggravating is how they toss this mistake on me. I explained to them and also demonstrated that there was no way I could have done this. The location that they sent my order to is the third closes location to me. I was told the ordered would be transferred to the correct location but I was never informed the would cancel my order and redo it at the correct store. So now I have payed for the same order twice. That makes no sense why that have already charged me once why would they do it again to redo the order. I know this may sound like I am just being picky but truly think about this. Both locations turn in there accounting paper work to the same main headquarters why woukd a huge franchise like this toss this on the consumer. At the end of day they received there money not from the right location but the money is still being given to the same main office.

These are my friends. I will NEVER eat there again until this issue is addressed: Hire at will, fired over a cookie? Pat yourself on the back for living on food stamps for a week Panera CEO. Your company is one of the causes of poverty. My step daughter loyally covered shifts, arrived promptly and did her job well. For months. Never reprimanded for anything. Then......a customer comes in, orders a cookie. Shelby gets her a cookie. Customer returns to counter and complains its broken. Shelby kindly apologizes and gets her another cookie. Then, the customer writes a letter and complains that Shelby didnt give her a HOT cookie. I return home from work (Im disabled after breaking my back) to find my child crying. Fired over a cookie. Priceless. How does a 17 year old child find another job after being fired for a cookie? How can your "manager" sleep at night knowing she screwed a child saving for college over a cookie? This letter will get me no where. I dont care. I just wanted someone from your corporation to read how disgusting one of your managers treats their employees. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Ive been going to this Panera location for several years now. Ive never had a bad experience with the food there. The service is always friendly, and the manager Ivelisse is very hands on - she is always making sure I am happy. Ive seen her walk around the cafe on several occasions asking customers if theyre happy and/or need anything. The girls who make the sandwiches are quick and friendly too. Several of them know me by name which is nice. And the lady who services the eating area and keeps it clean is so diligent. I constantly see her asking people if they are fine, picking up their trays for them, and wishing them a good day. This location really does things right. My only complaint is that sometimes people smoke in the outside seating area when they are not supposed to. So I cant eat out there if I want to avoid cigarette smoke. But unfortunately that happens everywhere.

Let me just start off by saying that I currently work in the food service industry at a very popular smoothie place in Brandon, FL and I was shocked at the behavior of one of Paneras managers. Being that I work in food, I understand that sometimes it gets very hectic. But with this being said, there were only two customers behind me and the dinning hall was empty. So, what I am trying to say is that the manager on duty had NO reason to be snappy and rude towards me when I asked him for the nutritional information. The nutritional facts sheet needs to be accessible to all customers(by law). After a series of snappy and condecending questions he reluctantly proceeded to hand me the booklet. After reflecting upon what had just happened, I decided to walk out. I will never go back there again! What a waste of my time and energy!

Little disappointed in the customer service at this location. Definitely way different then Brandon. Alexa was my cashier not friendly upgraded and got a pastry for 99cents. Asked about a strawberry and cream cheese pastry they had (hadnt been in a while,) she said the didnt have anything like that. We got our food in a timely manner which was delicious. Into my I noticed I forgot my pastry. After we were done I went back up to order a kids meal to go. I saw in the window where the pastries are there was that strawberry and cream. My suggestion is more training in customer service and what pastries you have. I never write stuff like this but it really bugged me the service I received from this young lady.

Service was lacking at this location. Booths/tables dirty. Had to walk around searching for clean tabletop. Sandwich was sloppily made with little flavor. Sandwich was uncut. Had to go back to ask for a knife to cut my sandwich. No butter served with the bread. Soup bowl was only partially filled. Staff was busy joking around with each other, largely ignoring the customers. Surprised to see, when paying with a cc, that they ask if I wanted to tip them. I pressed no. Guess that accounts for the poor service. By far the WORST Panera Bread I have visited. Would never return and never recommend. Visited on July 14, 2017 7:45 PM.

We have found the workers at this store to be less than friendly. What kind of training does Panera provide? Refresher course is needed for most, including the mgr. I meet with friends there once a week. We all purchase items. Usually we will purchase a pastry to go on our way out. Last week a friend got a Cherry Danish. It was placed in the bag on its side - some of the filling slid off into the bag. When she went in to complain, she was ignored by the girls at the counter and the mgr. Finally he waited on her, put the pastry in a plastic box, then placed it in the bag. Come on Panera, shape up!

I used to live in St.Louis where this company originated but didnt really care for it until I moved down here because there were better options there as far as coffee. The service at this location is very efficient. I visited during the morning rush and the line was pretty long but I was still in and out within 5 minutes. The staff is friendly enough without being annoying or overbearing. Since I live in Apollo Beach, there arent many options for coffee shops in this area so Panera (or BreadCo as I know it) is the best one Ive found. The latte I get there is consistently good too.

The girls taking the orders were very friendly. Didnt give me any direction however where to pick my food up. While waiting no one behind counter smiled or even aknowledged me. I got my order with no spoon she just set it up on the counter and left. All I could find was a plastic fork no spoons. Not the best experience. Im rating todays visit a 2 out of 5....Food was good but overall I didnt feel welcomed there at all by staff. Im actually sorry I included a tip.
