I always shop at Publix because of there great service and amazing deli however Ive had two bad experiences within a month. The first time I ordered some subs for a family get together and picked them up right before my family came over so they would still be fresh. I order a turkey sub with LTO and I mentioned to the lady taking my order, "whatever you do, please dont put ham or any pork on the sandwiches." So I pick up my sandwiches, get home and start setting the table. I pull out the sandwiches and PORKKKKKKKK is everywhere!!!! I was so embarrassed because my guests dont eat pork and they had nothing to eat. So I drove all the way back to Publix while my guests were at my house unattended to get new sandwiches and the only thing the manager offers me is a free side of potatoe salad to go with it. She never said you know what this was our fault, Ill refund the money and get you new sandwiches since we also WASTED YOUR TIME. The next incident happened earlier today. I was at home extremely sick and wanted something fresh, so of course PUBLIX was the answer! I ordered a maple turkey sub on whole wheat, toasted and pressed with two sides of chipotle sauce. Got home and the sandwiches were so soggy as if I just pulled them out of a swimming pool (and no chipotle sauce). So I called and was on hold for 4 minutes while everyone but the manager kept picking up. Finally I spoke with the service manager Jamin who was very understanding and helpful. He mention that he would refund my money and assure this wont happen again. I really hope you guys can turn it around since we love the Publix brand. I do want you to understand that its not about the money but the principle. If Im paying for something Im expecting great quality and service... i can go to any grocery store and get average but I shop at Publix because there is a standard. It just seems like that standard has been dropped.

Entered the store at 8:50pm to get 2 sins for myself and son. Arrived at the deli and it was 2 people ahead of me and eventually 3 behind me. There was one lady making sandwiches and 2 workers stocking and preparing for close. The deli closes at 10pm. After about a 10 min wait I order my sandwiches only to find that I had a choice of multi grain or Cuban bread when I desired white. I asked the young lady who reluctantly finally agreed to come and assist her Co-worker if they had any bread in the back and she said no. She proceeded to check the shelf at bakery and there was one loaf in which a customer had in hand and she asked the customer if she could have it to make sandwich

This is the worst Publix around. I wouldnt go here but its on my way home. After eating chicken for the deli i decided to sit outside at the tables in front. When one if the managers Judy Rywant says that Ive been sitting there to long and that this was her Publix and her parking lot and I need to leave. Shortly after this she sends a autistic boy to fallow me around....why? Why send an autistic boy to fallow a customer who just purchased and ate at Publix. Now evertime I go in or past Publix she has some sideways remark to say to me. When I go in she has her staff fallowing me..why? Worst experience ever Ive had.

I really wish this store wasnt allowed to carry the publix name as it is not up to participate with publix standards. The produce is not as fresh as other publixs and Ive just had 1 too many bad experiences here. Everything from being over charged when there is clearly a divider separating me and another shoppers grocery to getting home and finding out I was sold an item that was returned by another customer AFTER being used/eaten off of. By far this us the worse publix I have ever been to!

Had a bad experience in the deli depth. The first ladies attitude was just outrageous to the point I just canceled my order. The another family member ordered a sandwich and the sign clearly stated any topping and the ladies friend came over and yelled out you goin to have an extra charge for that. These ppl really need some customer service training. Expecially Danielle and this other lady who was hiding her name tag.. I will never come back to this place again.

Power is out in the area, but they have a back up generator. They were still able to give service with a smile as the manager greated you at the door, to the lady helping you find what you need, the lady at the check out service with a smile, to another cashier running outside to give a customer get keys she left at the counter. Now that is customer service. Thank you to the team and management working tonight. 4/29/2017

This is the worst Publix in the area. The deli is never properly staffed or stocked, always a long wait, surly service and out of product. Management is a joke, has done nothing to fix this in over a year and a half. Corporate should be ashamed to have the Publix name on this store. The only saving grace is the fantastic pharmacists and staff, without them there would no reason to continue to patronize that location.

One of the services needed most is that of the pharmacy. I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran. The timely order and pick up of my prescriptions is vital to my health, well being and comfort. The Head Pharmacist at this store is exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient in meeting my pharmaceutical needs. Thank you Publix for hiring this excellent quality professional. Robert Davis

Pricey, especially on fake sushi, but reasonably friendly and convenient. Enough registers are going Id say half the time, but thats way better than walmart. Very clean, fairly professional. Not the easiest to find items unless youve shopped there for years and know the layout (cat food is smack dab in the middle), but all in all, this is not the worst - and around here, above average.

Everyone in the store is very friendly except the little guy in the butcher/meat department. He is usually always rude to me. I went this past Sunday and there was a tall nice looking man that was so very nice. I hope hes there all the time now instead of that short guy with the hair net on....rude rude rude!!!!

As a fervent Publix customer for 10 plus years this is the first Time Ive purchase a totally tasteless Publix fried chicken. This experience was utterly disappointing hence this is my first and last time at this Publix. I dont mind driving an extra 10min to the good Publix. Disgusting.

I PAID 7$ FOR A MEATLOAF THAT WAS PREPARED BY PUBLIX AND SHRUNK TO THE SIZE OF A HAMBURGER THAT BARELY FED MY 10YR OLD SON. I HAVE PICS THAT I WILL BE SENDING TO ALL CORPORATE OFFICES . THIS IS VERY SAD, WE CANT EVEN DEPEND IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD GROCER TO TAKE CARE OF ITS CUSTOMERS

On par with other mediocre Publix stores as long as you avoid the deli area. Nothing but pissed on dreams and destroyed hopes there. Only reason I still go occasionally is because its on my way home from work. All other trips are to the nicer/better stores down the street.
