Absolutely terrible service. My girlfriend and I were feeling breakfast for dinner, so we agreed on going to Perkins on the corner on 50th and Fowler. This was our first mistake. It would have taken me less time to get beer at CDBs dollar pitcher night than it took for us to get our server to come to our table. When we arrived here,it was not very busy, however, judging by the service we received you would think they were being slammed with Sunday brunch. Not only was our personal experience there terrible, we witnessed two other restaurant atrocities. The first of the two was when another couple simply wanted to order one of the larger meals and share it. At face value this is a perfectly ordinary request; but what we then saw was the "manager" come over and start arguing with the customer that splitting a meal is "against company policy" and they could not permit that. After dealing with this, the couple placed their order and informed the waitress and the manager that they were running to their car for a second, and would be right back. Once they went out the door, the manager clearly disregarded their previous conversation and seated the next party in their booth, instead of one of the many other vacant tables. The icing on the cake for my experience here at that particular Perkins is when a group of middle eastern kids came in and ordered, and upon receiving their food saw that one of the plates had come with bacon. The kid politely informed the waitress that he ordered it without bacon and that his religion does not allow for the consumption of it. The waitress reply was nothing short of condescending, and loudly voiced "Did you not read the description?! It says it comes with bacon!" Needless to say, Perkins may not have lost my business altogether, but this location certainly did.

Female, short with long brown ponytail Manager was yelling at a waitress, telling her to get out. Manager continued to try to get all the other wait staff and cashier to rally with her in bullying of this waitress. The other waitresses kept serving their tables and going about their work. The Manager continued to follow other employees in the dining room around trying to tell them why she wants her out. The victum waitress was calm and collected, she told the manager she had several tables in the middle of service. First the Manager said clock out and then came back and announced, in the dining room, she should finish her tables then get out. This is all in full view of the customers seated in the area to the right of the front door. I called Corporate...... They said it wasnt their store. I had asked before I left if this was a Franchise or Corporate. They told me Corporate. I called Human Resources for Perkins 3 times, they said to call the Police. I said the Manager was inappropriate to the level they should remove the manager. It was more Psychiatric (Rage , Bullying) than Criminal. Anyway...... I will never set foot in a Perkins again. The Corporate Office takes no responsibility for their store. I gave the victum of this bullying has my contact information. They also dont. Honor AAA 10% discount as listed in the AAA site.

lazy server! we were a group of 14 and she stood at one end of the table making us yell our orders to her all while she chatted with some other waitress standing next to her. then... after one of the people at our table complained about her eggs being very watery (they looked gross!), the waitress argued with her about it. I wont complain about our wait time to be seated since we were a large group, but overall, this was a terrible experience for us. I dont know about the rest of our party, but the 4 of us that make up our family will not be returning to this rude service & mediocre food.

We waited for seating, order and finally food for way too long of a time. It was fairly busy but it was infuriating to see others getting food and service much faster than us. The food was OK, but a little high for what you receive. Ive had much more enjoyable food at waffle house. The specific event that threw us was a good looking young lady being sat immediately and had TWO servers in seconds as we were paying/leaving. We had to wait at least 5 mins to get seated and a good 7 mins after that to get a server.

In college, I ate here at least weekly. Now, I live in another part of town. Because of the enticing bakery case, I didnt know for years how great their pancakes are which is a favorite food for me. Making a decision can be difficult with all the great options. I can vouch for the muffins, cookies, and eclairs. They tend to keep friendly staff and are open 24/7. This last visit my over medium eggs were near perfect which I find is rare. Too many places serve them with the whites still runny or overcooked.

Best down home welcome and eating experience. Staff was friendly and attentive. My waitress Mary was exceptional. Had to have my wild berry pie. It was delicious. Will be eating here more this week during my stay in Tampa if for nothing else but the pie. Everything on menu is wonderful eggs omelets , pancakes, salads, sandwiches. Try it and finish up with dessert. Save room for pie

We come here every once in a while after leaving the VA. The servers always remember us. Its good food for the money. The service is fine, it is Perkins not Ruth Crist but its not McDonalds either. We ordered the Chicken with Mushrooms and Asparagus along with the Spinach Mushroom Scramble, Coffee and a Cherry Sprite. W/O tip the cost was $26.40. Well return.

Food tasted like grease layered on more grease. The cook didnt want to be there any more (we could hear him asking to go home and his boss telling him to just hang tight a little longer) and our order came out wrong. They werent packed or busy, he just wasnt paying attention. Our waitress was super nice but I wouldnt choose to go here over Village Inn or IHOP.

This place is always slow with service and to get food out. The food is sub-par, even for Perkins. Yeah its open 24 hours, but its often not worth it. It can be the sllwest part of the day and it can still take over 30 minutes for food to come out and even then its not prepared correctly (my pancakes were burnt and dry, after waiting 30 minutes for them).

Waited over an hour for breakfast order, and waitress only brought drinks. Six different parties arrived after us and received their orders. When asked to speak to the manager she did not even apologize and just gave excuse that they were slammed despite half the restaurant being empty. Had to walk out
