Ive never been unsatisfied with the food. The chicken cesar salad is great, as is their chicken wrap. Their breakfast omelette is generous and fresh. The delivery guys are total hams, so sweet and kind. My office is literally across the street, so delivery time is never crazy. With that said, I have been offended by the poor service too many times to ever order from Greenhouse again. There is no need to be rude or sarcastic in the service industry. Case in point - I ordered a cortadito one morning along with an omelette , as I had many before. An espresso was delivered, sans sugar. No big deal, as I had sugar in the office. The next time I ordered I asked them to please be sure to send over a cortadito, because last time I just got straight espresso. The staff on the line proceeded to argue with me and tell me I was wrong and that sugar was in every coffee. That she had made it herself, blablabla. But I know cortaditos, and I know there wasnt sugar in the one I was delivered. After discussing coffee with her, and being told I didnt know what I was talking about for a lot longer than I would have ever liked, I considered cancelling my order. But I was hungry. When my order was delivered, 1/2 of the small cup was filled with sugar and there were sugar packets all over my omelette. Totally and completely unnecessary. I too work in the service industry. Even if the customer is straight up crazy, theyre right. Even if there truly had been sugar (which there wasnt) they shouldve just said "yeah, okay. whatever, lady." It wasnt just the complete and total disregard to customer service that caused me to break up with Greenhouse. Its that they actually went out of their way, exhausting time, energy, and material to what? Attempt to embarrass me with extra sugar? Funny? Not laughing. Also not ordering again.

My office orders from Greenhouse on a regular basis. This morning I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches at 8:45 AM, I was quoted 45 mins. 2 hours later the food arrived and called the manager of Greenhouse to explain that the time frame was unacceptable. His response " I dont have time for this" . He also explained that none of his employees would ever quote a 45 minute time frame for breakfast and that it is usually 1hr to 1hr and a 1/2. Regardless it was still 2 hours.Meanwhile 2 other people in the office ordered at 9:30 AM and got their food in 30 minutes (which was all wrong by the way) He refused to give the food to us unless we paid and we felt after 2 hours it was not fair to pay for it. After he cursed at me on the phone and told me either pay the delivery guy or have him bring it back here. So we did not get any food in the end. Probably not a great idea to treat customers like that when you are talking to someone that works in an office that orders from you daily. I will never order anything from there again.

Not happy at all with this place. The food that I have ordered from here has been great. The isue has been out of the 7 times I have ordered from this place within the year, my Credit Card is compromised. The last time I purposely didnt use my Debit Card anywhere else besides here and low and behold...My card was ripped off and being used to pump gas in IL. I cannot say for sure that it is them but I find it very strange that the last 4 times I have used my card at this place, it is compromised. My bank is starting an investigation. Another point, the person that takes the orders insists that I give her my full address and when I refused became a bit rude on the phone. This has also happened to 5 other associates I work with within the last 6 months.

I work in the building next door and go over there a lot for breakfast or lunch. All the food I have bought has been very good and so has the service. They have a nice variety of sandwiches, very fresh salads, fruit, and daily lunch specials. I get the specials when I want a hot, balanced, nutritious meal. Last week I had the baked salmon with 2 side dishes. Today I got the angus burger with a side of roasted potatoes. All the food is fresh and very tasty. You can order substitutions to get what you want. Their turkey panini with spinach and artichoke spread is to die for. I compliment Joe (the owner) whenever I can to encourage him to make the same things again. The prices are slightly high, but I am willing to pay a little more for high quality.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. ME AND MY FIANCE ORDERED BREAKFAST TO BE DELIVERED TO OUR HOME, WHEN THE DELIVERY DRIVER GOT HERE, HE LOOKED AND SMELLED LIKE HE HAD RAN A MARATHON, DISGUSTING. I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT SOMEONE DELIVERING MY FOOD, SHOULD NOT LOOK LIKE A SLOB. SECOND OF ALL, MY BREAKFAST PLATTER HAD NOT ONE BUT TWO STRANDS OF HAIR IN THE EGGS. AND THEN WHEN I CALLED TO INFORM THEM OF THIS, THE OWNER, JOE WAS RUDE AND MADE A RACIAL COMMENT, HE SAID, QUOTE "HEY BUDDY, SORRY ABOUT THAT, THINGS HAPPEN, BUT EVERYTHING IS KOSHER LIKE A JEW ON SATURDAY MORNING" I WOULD FILE CHARGES AGAINST HIM FOR THIS COMMENT, BUT I DONT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH PETTY CRAP. IN CONCLUSION, I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, BUT THIS NEEDED TO BE SHARED. -BANKS

This place is horrible. They always get the orders wrong, they charge each person a delivery fee even when all the orders (4+) are going to the exact same place, they over charge, they take forever to deliver, and the manager and his wife are super rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately we kept ordering because of the convenience that they are close to our offices but this will be the last time as we refuse to receive something completely different from what we ordered and full of strange objects/hairs. We tried to speak to the owner and wife in the past and they clearly dont care, they said "is not their fault we keep ordering from there".

I have ordered from this place for years. Ive been working in this area for the last 5 years. Some guy named Joe used to own it. He was great. Its under new ownership now and I honestly debate whether I want to order from here anymore. Their prices went up. Theyre not consistent. I order the same thing. Sometimes its $8 sometimes its $9, if I need it delivered it becomes $10. The same order! They are literally around the corner from my office. I ordered breakfast about an hour ago . . and Im still waiting. This place has definitely changed. Their food may be OK and location convenient. if you really dont want to go far.

They use to do very well but now a days their service has gotten bad. When we order something we expect what we order. When we call to complain they do not do anything. No form of customer service. They would rather you cancel or return your order rather than replace it. What are you really going to do with returned food? Give it to someone else? Gross! They really need to up their game again because so far they are doing really bad. I work for a big company that has over 100 employees that order from there. We can take our business else where if they do not improve.
