Went this morning to buy a couple of groceries morning with my mother. After we load the items for the cashier I went to put the shopping kart away in the front and a older lady named Magaly (cashier) gave me a bad look and told my mother I should be sent to educational school because she didnt approve me passing so close to my mother; I didnt know that making rude comments to customers was part of your training. To avoid causing a scene at the location and possibly causing her the job I am going into the site to leave this review which I dont do. I wont be going here again for sure.

I used to love going here until things started going downhill. Deli staff is terrible. They dont even acknowledge you even though you are the only person in line standing in front of the case. they just continue to have conversations in Spanish and go into the freezer area. I stopped getting subs/deli meat. Plenty of times Ive waited for over 20 minutes without a greeting or any indication Id be helped soon so Ive left. The customer service desk staff members could really use some training, too.

Worst service yet! I came to Publix for a sub and waited an hour from 6pm to 7pm could not get any service in the deli. Meanwhile they cleaned and closed the sandwich part of the deli. Feed up with waiting I grab a box of chicken. I get back to my room and find that the chicken is so old it is dried to the bottom of the box. I was very disappointed and will not visit this location again for the rest of my stay in the Miami area..

Staff are super friendly. Selection is good. Unfortunately the Deli is always understaffed and the move at a glacial pace. If you want a slice of something, better slice 20min of your time. Told the management but nothing changes. Every time I see the Deli my blood pressure goes up!

I dont like it. As I was waiting to pick up my sandwiches I saw a baby roach crawling on the deli window. Then the sandwiches I picked up had items missing causing me to go back and lose the time that Im supposedly supposed to save in line. Ridiculous.

Shopping is indeed a pleasure here. have been buying all my groceries and whatever else they have. wr moved to Doral in 1990. My kids tried to get me to try other stores. I did!! always come back to Publix.

Not all publix are the same. That being said this one one always clean, friendly staff, displays visable. This publix has a fairly large local (florida) company products display that is very awesome!
