My husband & I we always go to this supermarket to buy our groceries. Every day he goes to buy food already made at the deli counter and the ladies in there are great buy except the supervisor that its there at 12 noon every day.
<br/>She has no costumer service skill at all, We are a loyal costumer and every day we buy a completa that include 3 different items, but with her when she ask what we want it's like it's a bother for her to serve us with the other older ladies they recognize us and even remember what we always order.
<br/>Also the employee that does the sishi is awsome he always greet us and recognize my husband and my daughter and myself.
<br/> Except for the supervisor for the deli in the am shift all the staff is good. I would give a better rating but because Publix is a supermarket that it's rated by costumer service I don't understand how come they have a supervisor with very little or no training working as a leader.

I was in line to pay, pregnant and with my 2 1/2 year old sitting on the cart, the guy from the 10 and less items told me how many items I had? I thought I had 10, I counted them and I had 12, only 2 more items more, despite the fact that I am pregnant and with a child, the guy from the register told me I couldnt pay my items there (I was next in the line to pay) that I had to go to another register! only for 2 more items... I had to leave those 2 items and pay exact for the 10 items I had left... amazing!!! this isnt your regular nice friendly publix, they are rude! I will never return to this location...

Como siempre excelente trato y servicios pero creo no debieran haber eliminado el mueble para sentarse a descansar a la entrada pues las personas mayores como yo que acuden al mercado en ómnibus de transporte público necesitan esos pequeños asientos para descansar.
